I made several requests to change things in my order(all my fault) the changes were carried out to the letter. My only negative comment was that the responses to my requests were very slow in being answered. The product itself was as advertised and of good quality. There were several negative reviews from customers. Maybe a faster response to prospective buyers would negate the negative reviews.

One was broken i think the packaging needs improving

I purchased the frames to cover my own specs and when they arrived, in a very timely manner, i was happy with the quality of the material and the patterns are great certainly to my taste.
I then tried to fit them over my glasses which prove a little difficult. They didn't fit comfortably unfortunately and I decided that I must return them.
From the first contact I have had nothing but excellent customer service. Not once did the team me feel guilty for returning them, they were polite, professional, hospitable and friendly at all times.
This is a company that I would certainly buy from in the future, they truly care

After a faulty start with the tracking taking days to travel through USA I thought I'd be waiting weeks for them to arrive. Then they came the next day! So I'm still not sure where they were as they could not have reached UK that fast.
I don't usually buy from an advert BUT... THE GLASSES ARE FANTASTIC!!! They look good and have saved me over £200 buying prescription sunglasses.
I'm really pleased with my purchase and now have a spare pair to leave in the car!

Really nice glasses and really useful. They fit over my glasses really well, and will save me money as I don’t need prescription glasses and prescription sunglasses. No glasses case though.

More than four weeks delivery time. Not happy with item and have repeatedly asked for a returns label and refund - to no avail. Item price was actually more than the advertised price. Complete rip-off company. Do not use.

Please be warned, do not use this company. I ordered an item online. After making the purchase I saw the monies taken were 20% more than the advertised and agreed price. After sending numerous emails they responded by taking the same amount again! They eventually placed the stolen funds. The item was intended as a Christmas present and ordered at the end of November. The item eventually arrived on the 2nd January. The quality of the item is best described as worthless tat. So a dishonest shambles of a company charging customers for products that are only fit for landfill.
