AVOID. I hate it. It's so unreliable. You have to use "tokens" to keep your social profiles active, and they're easy enough to renew however the tokens will just outright fail from time to time, and thus your scheduled posts will fail to post as well. When I asked them why this keeps happening, customer service told me it just does, renew the token and schedule the post again. Ridiculously lame non-answer that only frustrated me more. I will also frequently have uploads get stuck at 99%, or just stay at 0% until I delete the post and start all over. All while YouTube lets me upload natively to their platform at the same time with zero issues. The other night I was able to schedule 5 YouTube Shorts posts in the time it took me to get just one of those videos properly uploaded and scheduled to Agorapulse. Agorapulse's answer? Network connectivity interruptions. And yet their site is the only one I experience those interruptions with, how odd. It will also get frozen on the thumbnail selection screen and won't let me choose one until I refresh the entire page. Good luck getting any support from their team too. You can get AI chat bot that rehashes the same "clear your browser history / clear your cache" generic answers that I've already done multiple times before contacting them. The lowest wait time I've ever been told when asking to speak to a person was 6 hours. I don't even have experience with other content scheduling programs and I can still confidently say that Agorapulse is a terrible choice. It genuinely prevents me from properly doing my job on a frequent basis.

Pour information ils ont rachetés la société avec les clients et le produit, ils doivent continuer le service!
