If I could have given 0 stars I would have done. The only thing they did well was that the person assisting was very pleasant. However, the service otherwise could not have been much worse.

They met me in a different place to that described. Then when we got to immigration they sent me to the wrong line and then put me in the queue with everyone else! There is no such thing as expedited immigration and when I challenged them on this they came up with the poorest of excuses.

I would NEVER recommend anyone to use this company.

I had a great experience with airportservices.ae. Initially, I was a bit hesitant, but they provided excellent service. My guest was picked up at the aircraft exit at Jeddah Airport, escorted through fast track immigration, and met with their driver seamlessly. Thank you for the wonderful experience and exceptional service.

Horrible experience we booked 24 services from them and they screwed up most of them. Raj from their team is so arrogant and he was blaming the customer for a mistake which was clearly theirs. Please never used their services you’ll regret it. Raj was sweet before the payment but after the payment he didn’t care, our companies reputation was at stake and he didn’t do anything to help.

Stay away, it's a scam. I booked and paid extra to have a refundable deal. I had to cancel my trip so I canceled (in plenty of time). I have sent countless emails, was first told I couldn't get a refund, then when I pushed back, they said I could only get some of the money refunded, quoting some bogus reason that the policy I was using (that allows for a full refund) was for those who didn't pay the extra 30 bucks... does not make any sense. I am waiting for my partial refund it's been 8 days when they said it would take 5-7 days.

Looks like a scam. I chatted with multiple agents on Whatsapp for my reservation but everyone seems shady. I told them that I wanted to talk to someone on the phone so, One agent called and was constantly convincing me to trust them after 5 mins when I asked which city in U.K. is she calling from then abruptly she started pretending that the line was not clear and disconnected the call..she called me after few minutes later saying the line was disconnected. I feel like the negative reviews are correct and the positive maybe fake..not sure

Booked Meet & Greet Service Not Provided
I booked airportservices.ae from arrival from Melbourne airport to Dubai airport through to the boarding gate for my flight to Dublin.
I was NOT Met or Greeted by airportservices.ae staff and I had to make my own way through Dubai airport to the boarding gate for my flight to Dublin and I only had 45 minutes to do this.
The excuse offered for not providing the service was technical and not understandable.
After 2 months and several emails I received a full refund minus bank fees. No compensation was offered. They did offer an apology.
The only recommendation I can give is to avoid airportservices.ae as they are NOT reliable.

Extremely unsatisfied and they deducted funds from my account then declined the service.

No problem with them blocking funds and then confirming the booking but now I’m out of pocket and I don’t have a service.

Not happy

I have booked it through this website meet and greet at Houston airport.
They took the full amount 960usd and next day asking 340Usd more for some late fees. I was surprised and refused to pay further. I asked them to refund my money but now they are not replying.
This is horrible.

The most terrible meet and greet experience at London Heathrow. I most sincerely urge people not waste there time and money on this meet and greet service.
I booked for my 70+ mother who had a knee surgery and health issues just few years back.
I paid for there topmost platinum service claims to offer most comfortable experience…Even after so many requests on there wats app business account that my mom needs a wheel
Chair (which btw airlines provides). They assured me they would coordinate with the airline but nothing my mother had to walk through the passport control, baggage and exit. Such a shame I spend 250£ which can be an economy return fare. The senior passengers from same flight who had no paid meet and greet were escorted comfortably throughout on complementary wheel chairs…I feel terribly guilty for paying these ridiculous meet and greet who made my mother walk and she had to go through huge discomfort. They promised so many things and delivered the worst experience ever. As my mother was travelling upper class she was entitled to use fast track anyways. So this meet and greet service did nothing extra. I just ended up eating my hard earned 250£ on a ridiculous service only to receive my mother with lot of pain and discomfort in her legs.
They keep asking what time the flight arrives it is unbelievably unprofessional that they are inservicw industry and after sharing the passengers detail they can’t track or check the flight timings with flight number they ask ten clients. The greatest shock was when the greeter also told me that he was not informed that my mother needs a wheel chair that is not only a sad it is inhumane to put a senior citizen through such a torture. I had go through so much stress added burden to communicate with them warning them
Constantly that my mother cannot take walking…Ispirw if all this and spend so much it was a distaster.
Phone numbers was provided by the wats app customer care but no one ever answers They also lied that they had hired Hindi speaking staff for her but in reality it was some Heathrow Airport staff who helped my mother with communication.
Most disastrous experience they are such frauds do not expect any great service and please do not book for any seniors the airline wheelchair will

I will only paste the mails they sent to me two days apart. First day the service meet and greet was 120 dollars and the other day was 220 dollars. So unprofessional.

I think that this is enough to say. They canceled 3 days after I made a payment, they did not wanted to tell me that they cannot provide the service. Now I have no time to find another company and they will give me back my money after 72! hours!!! Needless to say more! Never again! This is obviously a big scam! I would be happy if I get my money back.

Quick process of services booking, easy to use the website. Amazing service of meet and greet at the airport especially if you are traveling with kids. No lines, “green light” on all way from plane to taxi. Highly recommended!

Excellent Service !! My parents recently traveled from HYD - DEL - USA and this is the first time they ever felt relaxed during their travel as Meet and Greet Service people took good care of them starting at HYD and during transit at DEL airports. I highly recommend this service.

The service is excellent . Ever since I landed in Delhi the assistant Nishant took good care of me. I have a long lay over in Delhi and I was very worried about handling my baggage . But this organization took all my worries away and treated me with so much care that I will certainly recommend this service to anybody who needs help in Delhi

The service was great and indeed perfect for my spouse traveling with an infant and helped get thru the entire process efficiently!

The service provided was of great help and the staff was exceptionally polite and highly trained. Highly recommended for someone who is not familiar with the airport or needs to move quickly through it.
