It's a scam, I never received my package and the support treat me like a thief... I have everything to prove that i never received it but they don't want to refund or send another package... I lost 200€ euros, don't buy on this website for your sake.

This is just the start of my retaliation. Do not shop with Akko. They will NOT refund you if you're not satisfied with the product they deliver. Yes, within the return window. They will offer you a refund less than 10% of what you paid or they want you to ship it back and they highlight that it will be expensive, that you have to pay for the label, that the trip is "risky" etc. Even getting them to provide this option took multiple emails. What kind of company does this? I will take legal measures and until this situation is solved DO NOT SHOP WITH AKKO!

its been weeks since my order through Akko, and I haven't received my item, let alone any new information on shipping, usps says the same thing for the last 2 weeks. I reached out through Instagram, and email to see any updates since its been days and still no response... this is very unprofessional, if I can't get my switches anytime soon I just want a refund. but i cant if nobody is there to respond...
Great experience and keyboard.
Received my product (3068B) way earlier than they told me, and the product is great!
My only complaint is that the tracking provider they give you in the email they send is HORRIBLE, use another international track and trace provider.
Akko keyboard review
I ordered the Cinnamoroll 20th anniversary keyboard (model 5108B plus) and it arrived rather quickly! Ordered it on Oct 20th and got it earlier than expected (expected time 12/20 days shipping.)
The keyboard has a nice feel and tok sound to it and with the driver the RGB has a wide range of customization. Overall very happy with my keyboard for now!
Be very careful
If you order anything from Akko, no mather the circumstances, NEVER EXPECT TO BE ABLE TO RETURN A PRODUCT. I was made to believe I was ordering a Ocean Star 3098B, but instead I got a Ocean Start 3098 DS. I wasn't happy that I overpayed 34 euros and I got no RGB on this keyboard. I asked 2 times for a return and if the 3098B would get a restock? And instead they insist on just paying me back the difference between the keyboard I payed for and the one I got. They won't let me send it back. I would of never bought the Ocean Star 3098DS, but they forced me into keeping it....
Abosolute scam! Don’t buy there
I was buying a keyboard from their website because I saw a lot of reviews from them on TikTok and YouTube. But as it turns out this is such a scam company. My keyboard hasn't arrived in 3 months and needless to say this customer service is so bad. I never had such an issue with a company over a lost package. In the end I was the one always asking for status and where it has been but seems like DHL got the package lost and they are not refunding. So got lost of my 80€ for nothing but a bad support who doesn’t care if you get your items you paid for or not. Definitely a scam.

I bought 2 packets of Akko CS Silver Switches, they are great quality, they arrived in about 2 weeks, nice packaging, and overall great, i will be buying from there again :)

Very bad support, at first i though i got scammed, i tried to reached to support team and now for 3 days i got no reply from them, i dunno what going on with my package and how long should I wait ? Also i can't track my package, honestly this the worst buy i ever experienced, no more dealing with them for me

I've ordered the ACR 98 Keyboard Bundle with Akko CS Jelly Black Switches.
The product is amazing, it was worth the wait, the package was very nicely done, price great for what it offers.
Issue: I had to pay customs taxes which I wasn't informed about, also the shipping took over 1 month and a half.
3/10 delivery and support
3/10 support, my package hasnt arrived in 24 business days and they seem they dont care, they said in my email "we are contacting dhl for more information" every new email i write to them they copy and paste the same email and dhl support is even worse, they said to contact akko and closed the ticket, then they didnt replied to my new tickets, i start to think this is a scam site but on YouTube there are a ton of reviews to their switches such as akko rose wich i comanded, the status on the track button says that from 3 november the package is in transit in belgium this embarrased me soo much and i really needed these switches for my keyboard build and now i have to wait even more with my crappy old keyboard. Also the package is paid from when i placed the command wich is about 1 month ago
