No Support on their product!
Ok so firstly, we’ve had spas for over 15yrs, one previously purchased from Alpine with no problems. We then ordered a brand new spa off Alpine 4 years back and have had endless problems with it from the get go. These are still going on. We believe it sat in the warehouse for a few months, after being flushed and tested, and ‘’something grew’ in the pipes as we got gunk floating in the water for months. I contacted them, kept a schedule for 3 months and treated the pool as instructed. Nothing changed. We got in an expert, to test water and maintain it, same problem. Alpine refused to pay the $300 we paid the specialist. Their solution was to give us a big pack of product to remedy the problem… which it didn’t and we were still not satisfied so kept complaining to no avail. A new manager started, contacted me to say he would get to the bottom of it, I sent him months of info, he never got back to me. The spa is still not 100% and we go through chlorine and pipe cleaner at a great rate of knots! Their support and customer service is absolutely appalling! I would NEVER buy off them again!
