Fake and wrongly advertised as Lab diamonds. Purchased one recently got delivered on 11th May 26. Delivered from China although the company is registered at Newyork and HK address.
Checked with customer service about the certification which was not supplied. Customer Service confirmed this is not a lab diamond but below are exact words from email received ‘’ In terms of performance and appearance, they are most comparable to lab-grown diamonds. They offer a similar level of sparkle, clarity, and everyday durability. At the same time, they are designed to be more durable than traditional cubic zirconia, maintaining their look and structure better over time.’’

Save you money this is just better version of moissanite stones from TEMU or SHEIN.

I ordered 3 pieces. They are gorgeous. The shine, brilliance and workmanship. Order arrived promptly and appreciated the email updates. Will definitely be adding more pieces in the future. Thank you!!!

Communication regarding delivery could have been better, automated responses telling me that you were cutting my diamond when I already know it had been posted already reeked of too much automatisation meets the marketing department. Other than that I felt the service website and responses to questions were good

My experience has been A++ so far. The rings were beautifully designed and appeared just as advertised. They sparkle just as much as my $30,000 wedding set. This set will be great for my European travels. I loved the creation follow along. It was a nice update while waiting for my pieces to arrive. Love how affordable they make their product. Shipping was quick after the piece was created. Arrived sooner than expected. I will purchase with this company again. Please make more earring designs. Would love gold and silver diamond medium sized hoops!
