My engagement ring is from Austen & Blake and I am absolutely obsessed with it. We designed it together and came up with the perfect ring, it’s unique and so personal. In the shop we felt extremely relaxed and comfortable to ask lots of questions and together we designed the perfect ring for me and I love it. I shopped around in other diamond shops and did not get the warm welcome like we did at Austen & Blake. We had a great experience with Austen & Blake and are so pleased with our purchase

Twice now I've sent an email enquiry - no response to either. Even went to the Chester store to be ignored when we entered. We later went back to the same store 20 mins before closing and the door was locked and the lady was hoovering behind it and again didn't acknowledge us. I had my heart set on a ring but I think I will take my business elsewhere now.

Gabrielle! Thank you . Went into the Leeds store initially and had an idea and we went through several options of what I wanted. I then came back with a completely different idea a few weeks later and she took the time going through different stones as I was after something very specific. We spent HOURS and we landed on what I wanted exactly but then she brought an option that was even better than were we where which was amazing. Very excited and looking forward to seeing the final. Each time I emailed she was available with options and had great communication when exploring over the phone too. Great to chat to. Thank you very much. J

What really stood out were the email updates throughout Getting to see progress on the lab diamond being made and then the ring itself coming together made the whole experience feel really special and personal. We got our engagement ring in 2022 and had no issue receiving after 2 weeks. Also we ordered our wedding bands 2 weeks ago and had the engagement ring resized and both came 2 weeks after ordering. Sale process and delivery went ok. My som bought their engagement ring with my visa card to hide the purchase.
2 months later my card is hacked via security breach of their site!
At least they emailed to say it had happened but we'll after the fact.
It's meant canceling the card and all of the associated hassle changing the details with setup payments.
Be very careful with personal details for this site.

Sara at the Chester branch was absolutely amazing, so welcoming and friendly. Sara made the whole trying on rings, suggesting politely which ones suit, but encouraging myself to make the choice.
