I can see you placed your order on Friday 5th July, with our Express Delivery service (which is 1-3 working days as stated on our website). We do offer a Standard Delivery Service, which is free of charge for orders over £50, so this option was also available to you.

Today is Tuesday 9th July (which is the 2nd working day since placing your order), and your order is scheduled to be shipped today and delivered tomorrow (which would be the 3rd working day). You will also receive tracking updates via email.

As per the above, your order is on track to be delivered within the scheduled timeframe, so we believe the 1* review is unjustified on this occasion and had you had requested an update from us, we would have happily advised.

*Update - The order was delivered on Weds 10th July as scheduled, which was the 3rd working day since placing the order, so it was within the timeframe set out to the customer when checking out on our website.

Thanks for the review, although, I believe this review is for another business.

You did purchase from us at the end of May, which was for a Television. (I hope the TV is doing you OK)

So I'm not sure what this review is in reference to.

If you could take a look at it and change it to reference your experience with us? (www.backtotheoffice.co.uk, an online technology store)

Thanks for leaving the review, although quite disappointed you haven't reached out to us to try and resolve the issue prior to leaving the 1* review as we are always on hand to help.

Could I ask why, as this issue could have easily been resolved?

Update 1: We still have had no communication from Rai regarding these Airpods. (Please get in touch and we can resolve your issue)

Update 2: Rai is still to get in contact with us to resolve this issue, we can replace your AirPods if they are faulty.

Hi Kirk,

Thanks for taking the time to leave your 1* review, although we have to disagree with it.

You ordered from us on Thursday 6th June 2024, on an Express service to Northern Ireland. (We advised in our email reply to you on Saturday that this shouldn't have been allowed due to us temporally turning Express shipping off, and there was a system error which allowed NI addresses to still use this service)

We did, however, advise that we'd still be able to get this to you within the Express timeframe (1-3 Working Days), which is clearly stated in our shipping policy on the link below.

You'll also see on the top of this page in red text that it clearly states Express shipping is not currently available.

The delivery estimate of your order when you placed it was between Friday 7th June 2024 - Tuesday 11th June 2024.

Today is Monday the 10th of June 2024, and we could have shipped this to arrive with you by Tomorrow if you didn't cancel. Which is still within the timeframe advertised to you.

Our shipping policy also states -

"Express delivery is available to UK mainland postcodes and delivery to the Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland are not guaranteed, therefore we advise delivery within 2-3 working days (Mon-Fri) to these locations. Please note we do not deliver to PO Box addresses."

Could we ask if you read these details before placing your order?

In regards to the cost, standard shipping to Northern Ireland is charged at £9.99, and Express at £12.99, £3 more than you would have paid on our standard delivery terms.

It costs us £19.99 to ship to Northern Ireland so we still lose on our shipping costs regardless if it's Express or Standard. (We could charge £19.99, but we choose not to so that we keep the price low for our customers)

As I've previously mentioned, Northern Ireland addresses were accidentally allowed to be placed on Express shipping, which we've now rectified.
