Friendly, quick service from the team. I had used bizzi growing previously and had bought some lovely products. I decided to buy again and I was not disappointed. I would highly recommend this company.

Such fun affordable carriers that are also high quality! Feel like it’s so hard to find one with all these features but Bizzigrowing have done it 👏 only wish I found them for my first baby

Poor communication / service

Placed order in April, website said delivery in June. No comms from business to state any further delays. Got it after chasing numerous times in July.

Item didn't look like the pictures.
Despite delay and zero comms unless prompted, has to pay for own return back to them.

Appreciate it's a small business but priding yourself in communication and customer service would definitely make you more memorable and also a business you'd like to recommend.
Definitely not stress free.

Love this company. Their products are quality and at a good price. in the past I bought a baby blanket from them which washed well so I recently decided to buy a carrier for my granddaughter which is beautiful and good quality..

Very bad company a bit of a scam on my opinion, baby carrier arrived very late, was nothing like the photo and on top of that I’ve asked for refund and they said no cause baby carrier was ‘ damaged’ . I never used that carrier only tried it . And guess what they didn’t send proof of that ‘damage’ cause it wasn’t . They said they sent it back but I never received anything. They took my money and the carrier . A big scam

The products are all really great quality, made from funky fabrics that make baby bags and slings really cool and fun. The customer care is brilliant and I would definitely buy more baby items from here again. I contacted them on Instagram and via email and all queries were answered quickly and in a fast and efficient way. Great company! I highly recommend them 👍🏻

Awful product cut off my baby’s blood circulation and didn’t support her neck properly. Also came with excess straps that looked ridiculous, so returned the product and they refused to refund because we’d put a knot in the strap!!!!

I have recently had my 3rd baby and decided to treat myself to one of Bizzi Growin carriers.

I received the most beautiful package this morning and inside was the Harlow - Toffee. WOW.

I have always used the Baby Bjorn as I wear them every day to fit in with my work/lifestyle and love them BUT the Bizzi Growin Carriers have blown my expectations.
The comfort for mum and baby is incredible with the soft fabric, as someone who struggles with their hips it sits so well and distributes the baby’s weight well, the added bonus of the buttons which support the baby’s head and the fact they can be clipped down when baby is forward facing is brilliant and something the Baby Bjourn does not have, not to mention the magnetic clips that make wearing your baby easy to do so whilst rushing to do 5 things at once.

So from a busy farm mum of 3 who just needed something practical that looks nice whilst wearing your my baby - Thank you!

They sent the wrong item. I had to pay for my own shipping to return it…
To make matters worse they tried to refund me the cost of the item and not their original shipping cost which is pretty shocking. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this company.

An absolute game changer when taking my baby on holiday! She was so comfy in the carrier she slept pretty much all the way home on the plane! So easy to put on and was super comfy for me too! Recommending to everyone!

I've been following Bizzi Growin on social media and have seen their baby carriers online. I loved the look and design of their carriers and decided to order the Nomad Air Zebrano. I was so impressed at the speed of the delivery and how the carrier arrived. The carrier is delivered in a luxury box which feels so much more expensive than what I paid for it, especially as some carriers are double or triple the amount! The material of the carrier is so buttery soft and feels like an extremely premium product. It's easy to set up and feels so comfy to wear and my baby fits in like a dream. I'm so pleased with my carrier. You also get a gorgeous travel bag for your carrier in the same design so it's easy to carry around with you and store your carrier when you're not using it. Defo recommend. :)

Love our Bizzi Growin carriers. Got the Zebrano print one and the colours and material are beautiful. It’s such a comfy carrier to wear and baby feels so snug cuddled in during baby wearing. They are so well priced too!
I recently got the velvet Panther Black one too and it’s been great-so handy for dinnertime with older siblings or running errands. Definitely recommend these carriers

I run my local sling library and purchased the “dolly” as part of our collection. I absolutely love it! It’s breathable and works well with both my newborn and toddler!
We also purchased our travel stroller and it’s been a god send to us! I have a very lanky and he fit perfectly!

Customer services has always been amazing too me replying to any messages I’ve sent even at silly times of the night while postpartum feeding!

If you are thinking of buying a fashion forward sling at a reasonable price you’ve got it with this brand!

Horrible stroller.. so bad that im writing this review while using it. The handle is too short and doesn’t give you the option to make it shorter or higher. The foot break hits your feet all the time and stops the stroller while moving. It is so hard to steer, the wheels get caught all the time and have even fallen off a few times when going over bumps in the road. Actually ridiculous. Horrible horrible stroller especially for the price. Its so bad.. I had to come back to my review to edit it so people can understand just how flimsy, cheaply made and just not suitable for pavements or the street this stroller is. It’s an actual workout trying to steer and manoeuvre the thing. My wrists honestly hurt bad after using it. Don’t try to think you can use one hand because you cant.. you have to make sure you’re walking a distance away from it so that you don't hit the break with your foot. The handle is too short/low down and theres parts that come off that I have to put back in place. Honestly robbed for my money, what possessed me to buy the thing.. wait no.. what possessed anyone to actually sell this on the market is beyond me.

Im so disappointed,i cannot use the carrier with my baby and his almost 4kg the carrier so wide even if you change the size,also when you change the size the straps make so uncomfortable even for my 11 month old son so we cannot use only if he’s face in to us… nice carrier but definitely not subtle enough for newborn even if is say u can use from 3 kg something…

Asking for a review from professional babywearing experts in exchange for donating said carrier to a library? Great. Standard practice. Demanding the carrier be returned when you don’t like the review? Ridiculous. The website shows unsafe positioning, the instructions conflict depending where you look, and the product is overpriced for what it is. I will NOT be keeping the carrier.

I have 2 baby carriers and they are my go-to. Very easy to use and as beautiful as Artipoppe but washable so I don't have to stress about baby spit up and stains. Can't wait to see the new collection! These would make an amazing present for a new mom and so affordable too!

Absolutely disgusting customer service!
Carrier came with no instructions returned to be told no refund because there was no outer packaging and leaflet with neither was there when received.
They have the product unused and with sticker on send back within time frame and will not refund or return my emails after politely asking for my money back!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Disgusting and disgraceful behaviour very disappointing!!
