Bought the lilli changing bag end of January, and now 8 months later it’s falling apart. The lining has ripped and the zip broke. Gutted because it’s a lovely looking bag but not worth £69, not for 8 months use.

We bought the Prism Travel Stroller with 20% discount! We are trying to find a compact, airline/cabin approved, lightweight, has bag and strap, affordable travel stroller and Prism is the perfect match! We used it in Dubai, it was very convenient and I also received a lot of compliments from my friends and family. Highly recommended!! Delivery was quick!

All aspects of my experience were excellent. I purchased items online which was a seamless process, customer service communication was excellent and the quality of the products is excellent!! For reference I purchased 3 blankets and the zebrano carrier all of which I love!!

Couldn’t fit my 5 month olds legs through the leg holes when forwards facing.

No communication about delivery. I haven’t received anything in over a week.
Item not sent & now reduced.
Overall unhappy.

I have ordered one of the new changing bags and it is beyond beautiful!
The material is incredibly soft and the straps are easily adjustable so it can be swapped easily between myself and my husband.
It comes with buggy straps and a longer strap which is an added bonus!
The zip pocket on the top of the opening saves all my belongings falling out and provides a quick peak option instead of fully opening the bag.

Once I ordered there were a few delays with shipping (what isn't delayed these days ay) however when I emailed I was replied to promptly and kept up to date when they got updates.

Beyond happy with the customer service!

Had a terrible experience with the ‘director’ of the business. Had the pushchair 7 months, already had a new frame but with the new frame the old basket didn’t fit and was told to just put a hole in the basket to make it fit, rather rude attitude from said director also, pushchair is flimsy and tips over any bump or to go up kerbs with my 2 yr old in, absolutely would not buy again!

I used the nomad baby carrier when my baby was a newborn and she was on my chest, it wasn’t a hot day however my baby was boiling hot although only wearing a baby grow as the carrier material is not breathable at all. It is extremely soft, good quality and looks stunning but it is very impractical. I have only just used this carrier for a second time today as the first time put me off - now that my baby Is five months old and I wanted to try it again and have her forward facing but the material on the carrier is so wide her legs do not sit comfortably at all, it holds them out in an unnatural position for a baby. Not to mention the material is flimsy and not supportive so she was ending up with the material almost suffocating her face or eating the material. I am really unimpressed with this product and would not recommend unfortunately. Looking appealing isn’t always the best way forward a baby needs support and breathable material.

I bought the baby carrier Nomad months ago and honestly, this carrier is so luxury and cosy for my little one. He falls asleep straight away and with the head rest that can be clipped up for napping is perfect. Worth the extra money, trust me. Easy to adjust, also, as me and parnter both use it multiple times a day. SO easy to put on on your own as well!

I can’t recommend this company more & I’m always raving about them to friends/other mums too!

We have both the nomad carrier & the travel stroller. The quality of both products is insane! I get so many compliments on the carrier as it looks beautiful as well as being super functional too!

We’re about to go on our first trip with the stroller and I’m really excited to use it. It’s super light, folds really small and ticks all the boxes with its lie back feature, extendable hood for shade coverage, carry strap and bag. Super fast delivery & the best customer service I have ever received from any company!

Definitely should be your go to for contemporary baby accessories that are beautiful and give amazing functionality too!

I bought a fantastic travel crib ‘The Pod’, at Manchester baby show for my daughter. It’s a great design, easy to carry, easy to put up and looks nice too. Unfortunately when I went to put it together there was a fault with it. I contacted Bizzi Gowin and they could not have been more responsive and easy to deal with. When I explained the fault via email, they sent me a returns label to post my Pod back, saying they would replace it. However the Pod arrived the very next day without them even receiving the return first. I would highly rate this company for customer care, great products too.

I brought the zebra baby carrier the other day for my newborn and oh my days I used it for the first time yesterday and wow it’s absolutely beautiful, in every way!! It is worth every single penny, it’s unbelievably comfy, the quality is perfect!! so easy to put together, the material is outstanding. I have no bad words to say about this baby carrier it’s out of this world!! It’s amazing as well because you can use it on your baby till they’re approximately 3!!! I can’t wait for the matching baby changing bag to arrive🥰 what an absolute beautiful company I highly highly recommend. I didn’t want to take my baby out of it!!

Ordered a baby carrier last week which I believe were on back order. I emailed and asked could they give an approx delivery date as I wanted to use it for our holiday in two weeks time. They replied and advised as soon as it arrives at their warehouse they would let me know and advised of timescales. They then sent it out as next day delivery. The carrier itself is lovely, so far we are having much more success with this type of carrier over my BabyBjorn one. The fabric is good quality and feels very sturdy. I really like the fact it’s not as bulky as some other carriers I’ve seen.

I won a Bizzi Growin Buggi Lite Stroller from Bizzi Growin and whilst I wouldn’t usually leave a negative review from something that was free I feel people need to be made aware.

In less that a year I was having problem when pushing it was folding down as if you was putting the pram down. I’d only used it a handful of times.
This is dangerous and was told it wasn’t a common problem ( a fault in the
Folding joint ) I contacted in February, 3 times and finally got a response ( the customer service is shocking) and was told they would be receiving chassis stock in April and I’d get sent a replacement because of the fault.
Waited till April to contact and was told delivery would be May. I had a response yesterday saying I would have to pay for a replacement chassis which was not agreed or stated in any emails prior to contacting them and not sure why when the product they sent me was faulty.

I am really disappointed and feel parents need to be aware that this a fault that can occur. It is very dangerous and I wouldn’t recommend the pram as it broke in less than a year. Having 5 children I’ve never ever had a pram break let alone in under a year.

The only good thing about the pram is the pattern of the hummingbird but to save you time and money I wouldn’t recommend buying one.

What excellent customer service this company has, as well as gorgeous products! I ordered a baby carrier a few weeks ago, and sadly one of the poppers came away from the fabric after a few uses. I sent them a message on Instagram, got a very speedy reply, and within a few days I’d received a replacement carrier. I absolutely love my carrier and am so impressed with the customer service. Thank you! X

Never known a company to go above and beyond like bizzigrowin. The service I received from Cathy has been incredible ! I have a 3 year old autistic son and their compact stroller is the perfect addition for our abroad get away when wanting to travel light. Would highly recommend 😊

I raised a valid issue with some marketing images regarding carriers on Facebook.
Only to have my comments deleted and blocked, as now I can’t even access the Facebook page for the company. I can see someone else has written a similar review on here and experienced the same treatment.
I think they show poor company ethics if instead of politely being reassuring (which they could easily do!) they offer a passive aggressive reply, then delete the comments and block prospective buyers?! Whoever is in the PR/marketing department has got it VERY wrong.
EVERY company gets questions and concerns raised about products (especially to do with babies), parents/ prospective customers have a right to say “hey, is this safe for my baby?” And many companies have better responses than the overly defensive response from Bizzi Growin…
