I made an error with my order, totally my fault and when I messaged customer service my issue was dealt with straight away. I was lucky to be in contact with Rebecca who was just an absolute pleasure to talk to, she honestly couldn't do more to help. Customer service this time of the year is understandably hard with the amount of orders, but this company clearly has the customers best interest at heart. I will 100% be ordering in the near future.

Ordered the parrot baby sleeping bag and it is the most beautiful thing I have seen. Worth every penny and a free gift was included too, which was a baby rattle, very cute and perfect for my granddaughter. Excellent company and fast delivery. Thank you!

Found them on Instagram and purchased a baby carrier. Shocked to see them add a ‘modelled’ photo on insta of a woman wearing their baby carrier with a baby sat outwards, and at the wrong height so creating hip dysplasia in the poor baby.

Someone had commented that it was promoting a poorly positioned baby that would be damaging the baby’s hips. I added that it was correct, as a medical professional I can concur that poor positioning for baby’s hips will create major issues and the child will need a hip replacement in early adulthood.

It’s really important to not position young children in this way. Instead of ‘Bizzi Growin’ taking down such an unhealthy promoted picture of their product, they deleted the comments informing of the damaging position!!

Really poor. Shameful marketing. I’m sure they have plenty stock photos to only promote healthy positioning of their carrier products. Sadly this company obviously puts sales ahead of healthy marketing pictures. Speaks volumes. Stay away from this unethical company

People were trying to have a conversation with you about the poorly positioned baby in the comments section, to which your reply was to delete the comments and keep all the positive ones in.

To say the babies legs were abducted in the wrong position cause she was excited to see he daddy, is the most pathetic and rediculous excuse- there’s no ‘daddy’ in that picture, just the picture of a baby who will need hip treatment in future.

Shame you can’t own up to your mistakes and just take down an Instagram photo that promotes a damaging position of your product. I don’t understand why it’s so important you stand your ground on this with such an odd and made up response about other people making the baby excited who are behind the camera. What a shame for the parents out there who trust you are a business who cares about children.

Easy check out fast delivery and item of great quality the only thing I wish the fur was/looked as full on the footmuff as it does on the photos ! Other than that great service and would buy from them again

I bought the onyx black baby carrier, and it is amazing! Soo comfortable and my baby absolutely loves it. It looks great on too, would definitely recommend. I’ve had a few baby carriers and this is the best by far!!

First time buying from this company and I must say it was a pleasure. Plenty of choices in all sizes, good prices and quick delivery. Was a bit sceptical about quality but I was so wrong. When product came I was impressed with how good it looked and felt, perfect gift for a newborn.

Head turning, beautiful fabrics and super compact fold stroller. From day one I have had so many compliments on our new stroller (Narnua fabrics), and lots of questions about where it's from, the brand, the website etc my 2 year old is always so happy to get into her "funky buggy" each morning and she loves the handlebars she cab hold onto. The stroller is lovely to push, and can easily be pushed and controlled one handed. I am 5ft 9 and it's comfortable and easy to push, my husband is 6ft 2 and even he says its light, airy and great to push. The front wheels can be locked in place or have great swivel ability which makes cornering easy and popping up and down the curb is a breeze. The raincover is quick and easy to fit and even for my 2 year old who is tall it covers her feet fully when she has them on the footrest. The hopd extends a long way so it's fully cover little one when they lay down. My little one seemed comfy when laying down and she doesn't lay down or sleep in a buggy easily. We also got the matching changing bag which I am actually using as I love the design and style so much. When contacting the support team regarding returning the footmuff (nothing wrong with it at all just my tall little girl wouldn't fit). I got a professional, speedy reply with instructions on how to return and the process. Overall great service, great products and I love taking the stroller out and getting compliments.

We brought 2 of the bizzigrowin tutus and cannot begin to explain how beautiful and well made these are. The quality of them is incredible and we have had so many compliments when my daughter is wearing them. I would 100% recommend these to anyone!

Absolutely love the baby carrier! So much more comfortable than others I have tried, my little girl loves napping in it and looks like it will fit her for quite a while. They also look fab!

I wish I could give this item zero stars. I’m an average sized girl and there’s no way I could possibly get this carrier tight enough to fit me, let alone put my baby in it. The quality is seriously lacking as well as customer service. As soon as I saw that it wouldn’t fit I emailed to return item and was informed I would be responsible for paying to ship the item back and that they will not accept an item that’s been worn, even with tags and original packaging.

I contacted the company via facebook regarding a replacement part for the pram that had been damaged. The response from them was very quick, and I received the replacement part within a few days. It was great to deal with them, and get to speak to an actual person.

We love our buggy, so to be able to get a replacement part was perfect.

We ordered the narnia stroller in April and its been a lifesaver. Our son much prefers sitting more upright holding onto the handle bars. Our Silver Cross stroller has well and truly taken a back seat. We experienced an issue with the handle bar so emailed in asking for some advice. Becky responded the following day and got a brand new stroller arranged to be sent out to us. Its probably the quickest, most efficient customer service I've ever received. We'll be ordering the matching footmuff for the stroller this winter and will make Bizzi Growin our first point of call for all our baby needs in the future. Really couldn't recommend this company enough.

Great quality products at an affordable price!

Bought the baby bag, and the baby carrier from Bizzi Growin after seeing an Instagram ad on it. I couldn't believe the quality, just as good as an Artipoppe baby carrier in my opinion, at a fraction of the price!

I can’t recommend the carrier enough. Came across this company on insta and decided to give them a go! The carrier is sooo comfy for my 5 week old baby and myself. Delivery was also very quick. Can’t recommend enough.

It's perfect for storing as it folds down perfectly.
So easy and light to push. I would 100% recommend for busy mums and dad's.

Only down falls on my experience is the rain cover. Its to thin and does take a bit of time fastening to bottom of pram.

The basket it seriously small, always unclippes. Not massive issues as I love using it!
