5 star company. We have 2 cruise 10’8s and they are good boards. I always thoroughly research before making purchase decisions and safe to say I am happy with my choice choosing this company.

I ordered a SUP package from Bluefin. Everything was going fine until my delivery mysteriously didn’t arrive from DHL. Nobody from Bluefin contacted me about it I had to contact both DHL and Bluefin after a number of days had passed since the original delivery date. Bluefin said they would investigate this with the carrier and then I had no update for a number of days until I eventually chased it up with them to which they told me they were still waiting for a response. Each day following this, I chased up myself, no updates from them and never any positive news until I eventually cancelled my order. Once I did this, I was made to complete a few forms to confirm I would notify them if I had received the item. They asked if I wanted them to resend the item or just cancel no apologies for the weeks of waiting and having to chase this myself. They then made me sign the forms by hand not sure why a digital signature was not sufficient. Now made to wait ages for my refund. Funny how companies like this can take your money in seconds, fail to deliver their end of the deal and then take weeks to refund you the money. Judging by some of the reviews on here I presume if everything goes well they are a decent company but absolutely atrocious if things go poorly. Really disappointed would not recommend as you will be sorry if anything goes wrong.

I bought my first SUP in May 2024 and there was an issue with the pump which was resolved immediately.
I had an issue with my paddle in March 2025 and I received a replacement within a few days of contacting customer services.
I would not hesitate to buy from them in the future as their customer service matches their products, first class!

Very good service and a speedy response to a very small problem with the carry bag that the board goes in , the zip would not work and the people at Bluefin sent out a replacement as soon as they receive the pictures of said zip

I contacted Bluefin recently (Feb 2025) regarding a problem with my paddleboard which was purchased a few years ago.
Bluefin’s customer support team emailed me a returns form and courier recommendations. The returns process was straightforward with Jake and Joe swiftly answering all my queries.
Today I received my brand new replacement paddleboard and kit.
All this within one week! Excellent service Bluefin. Superb company to deal with.

I ordered a board from the Bluefin outlet on Ebay. When it arrived it was unfortunately faulty. The customer service from Bluefin was excellent and they arranged for quick collection and re-delivery of a replacement board.

Ich habe super Erfahrungen mit meinem Bluefin Cruise 10.8 gemacht. Die Qualität ist hochwertig, kann nicht klagen.
Drei Sterne Abzug gibt es für die beworbene Nachhaltigkeit.
In den sozialen Medien werden nur Unpacking-Videos gezeigt, in denen sämtliche Lieferungen beinahe zu 100 % in Papier eingepackt wurden. Mein Artikel wurde 2023 geliefert – sämtliche Teile waren in Unmengen an Plastikfolie verpackt. Ich habe dies in einem Kommentar unter einem der besagten Werbevideos bemängelt und erhielt vom Hersteller die Rückmeldung, dass es sich wohl um eines der Vorjahresmodelle handelte, die leider noch in Plastik verpackt waren – das habe ich so akzeptiert.
Doch dann hat sich Ende 2024 ein Arbeitskollege ebenfalls ein iSup zugelegt – und auch dieses kam wieder vollständig in Plastik verpackt an.
**UPDATE SEPTEMBER 2025**
Nun wurde im September 2025 erneut ein iSup von einem weiteren Kollegen bestellt – und wieder wurde alles in Unmengen an Plastik versendet.
Mein Fazit: Nachhaltigkeit bei Verpackungsmaterialien hat für den Hersteller absolut keinen Stellenwert, anders als online beworben. Die Diskrepanz zwischen Werbung und Realität ist enttäuschend. Ausschlaggebend für meinen damaligen Kauf bei bluefin war die nachhaltige Verpackung. Ich werde von weiteren Käufen absehen.

Unser Cruise 10,8 kam super in Papier Verpackt an! Alle Teile sorgfältig und gut verpackt gewesen! Der Kontakt zum Support war spitze wegen dem fehlenden Gratisgeschenk (welches extra kommt, also eig nicht fehlend)! Super freundlich und schnell! Die Qualität der Produkte sind 100 zu 1 zu unserem vorigen/günstigeren SUP das wir hatten! Freuen uns schon es das erste mal auszuprobieren!

Bestellung und Lieferung waren absolut top. Sowohl beim Hersteller als auch beim großen Online Riesen. Leider ist das erste Sup (Bluefin Sup Carbon)
in einer dicken Schweißnaht nach kurzer Zeit geplatzt und konnte durch Ersatzteilmangel nicht repariert werden. Durch den sehr zuvorkommenden Kundenservice wurde alles anstandslos erstattet.
Der Kundenservice reagiert schon in wenigen Stunden.
Das zweite Sub ist bisher einwandfrei und macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck.
