Really happy with service provided
Really happy with service provided. From the initial order and call from the office to let me know when my items were being delivered to the 2x excellent drivers who went above and beyond what I expected. I asked them if they could move a few items with their hiab and they were more than happy too. Will order from them again.

DONT BUY FROM BRADFORDS, SELLING DANGEROUS SECOND HAND GOODS LEAKING OIL PRETENDING THEY ARE NEW They even offered me a partial refund in writing and then changed their minds and have done nothing, THEY ARE A SCAM SELLING SECOND HAND FAULTY DANGEROUS TOOLSI bought a Makita reciprocating saw from these cowboys and they sent me second hand saw loose in a box leaking oil
How can they get away with selling this shoddy goods as new??

The saw is leaking oil and come rattling about in a cardboard box
You yourself claim it to be an ex display model
Which you are selling as a new product which has obviously been abused hence its leaking lubricant
Putting your own spin on it dosnt negate these facts

I am saddened to see that you have had a poor experience with us.
Further to our correspondence over email. A initial partial refund amount was offered but after you declined the original amount and asked for more it was reviewed by the directorship at the issuing branch as well as the area director and it was decided that a return for a full refund was the best course of action.
This was based on your claims the product was second hand/used and not of adequate quality which we cannot let a customer keep in good faith knowing it is not suitable.
We have repeatedly offered a free of charge collection on a date and from an address that suits you so no time is needed to be taken off of work and to minimise the inconvenience on yourself with the driver also labelling the parcel with no need to print it yourself. You have declined this so the return address was supplied to you so you can arrange the return at your own convenience although at your own expense.
While we fully appreciate your grievance we believed we have offered you an adequate resolution to the issue and are still very much open to arranging the free of charge collection as mentioned above.

Great to get free delivery
Great to get free delivery. The store could give better updates on picking and estimated delivery. Getting a text on the morning that it will be delivered and then specifying the whole day from 8:30 to 4:00 does not really help me schedule my life.
