Absolutely 10/10 product
On the site there is a lot of reference to choose the right sizing. The brown cheetah rain jacket is exactly as the picture shows. The quality is great and it looks so cool! The only remotely ‘bad’ thing that i could say about this, it is a bit of a longer jacket. But easily fixable by pulling the elastic tighter and folding the bottom in a little. Absolutely 10/10 product.

Scam alert
Scam alert! I ordered two items from them that never arrived. One of the items was ordered back in early August and when I checked on the status the CS agent lied to me and told me it was with the carrier and waiting to be scanned - then when no movement happened for another 10 days I was told it was actually "about to go into production" and offered a 10% discount for the trouble or the option to cancel/refund. When I asked for the refund I got no further response from them. The other item I was told was on it's way to me, but I was not provided a carrier or tracking number and their website gives vague updates like "cargo leaving operation center" and "flight departed, package in transit". At this point I have just filed the credit disputes because I have no reason to believe they have any integrity or are even a real company. They are running tons of retargeting ads and they either can't keep up with the volume of orders, or they truly are just scamming people out of their hard earned money. Avoid at all costs and block on social media. Huge disappointment.

Amazing magical rain jacket
I love this jacket! It was just as described. I appreciated the emails updating me on exactly where they were in the process-from construction to shipping and delivery. I also saw someone express concerns about the size of the hood because they had a big head. Nothing to worry about here. The hood is huge and it'll fit, trust me.

Absolutely love this jacket, as someone who’s leopard print obsessed I had to have it and the quality and fit did not disappoint, neither did the rain/leopard print feature. It’s amazing and I will definitely be buying in another colour

delayed delivery and poor customer support
I ordered my rain jacket almost 1.5 months ago, and the status has not changed since the order was made. After 4 weeks, I reached out to customer support as I was wondering why the status had not changed at all. The reply I received was just to wait, as the delivery time is 4–6 weeks and that my order had their full attention.
After almost 6 weeks, I emailed again asking for updates and was told that I had made my order ”only” 38 days ago and should be patient and wait. At this point, it was clear that my order would not arrive within the 6-week timeframe. I replied asking for a new ETA, as the original delivery time was no longer realistic. The answer I received was that there had been delays with the supply chain. This was never mentioned when I had previously asked for updates.
All the emails I had received felt dismissive and unhelpful. Only after asking 3 times was I finally informed of the delay. It is hard to understand why this was only communicated when there was practically no time left before the delivery deadline. If there were supply-chain delays, I would have appreciated being informed proactively instead of having to chase updates myself.
I understand that delays can happen, and I don’t mind waiting longer for my order. What disappoints me is the lack of communication and having to ask multiple times to get a proper explanation. I was really excited to receive my order, but at this point, I am starting to worry about whether I will even receive it.
Their products look so cool and have so many positive reviews, so I was genuinely rooting for them and really hoping for a good experience. I have read glorious reviews about them, but on the flip side, also some not-so-glorious ones, and it is a shame that I got the short end of the stick.

Jacket is worth waiting for
I ordered originally S and we waited 6 weeks I did email regularly and was reassured it was being processed and on its way. it arrived too big my daughter is size 8-10 uk size so we requested a return and replacement, the jacket was sent back on Wednesday and a replacement jacket has been received the following Thursday. The new size XS is just perfect now my daughter is praying for rain every day so her jacket can transform.
Excellent responsive customer service recommend this company and the quality and material of the jacket is amazing.

I am writing this review to hope I will get some sort of actual feedback from Buchan as to where my jacket is. The money has come out of my account, i ordered this start of September. I understand it says pre order takes a while but having no updates and proper communication regards to shipment is shocking. It’s unprofessional. I am still awaiting this jacket. If you cannot contact me back I will be demanding a refund ! The lack of customer service is awful and looking at other reviews, it seems to be a reoccurring theme. It is very frustrating, especially when customers spend a lot of money on this jacket, to not receive proper updates is worrying.

Veste reçue beaucoup trop grande, mal taillée et je n’aime pas la matière. Je demande un remboursement que l’on accepte finalement après 5 mails. On me propose d’abord de me rembourser que 20% et d’avoir 30% de réduction sur le site. Je refuse cette proposition, on me propose ensuite un remboursement de 30% et une réduction de 40% sur le site, proposition que je refuse. Le remboursement est alors accepté avec un prix annoncé de 15€ pour le transport.
Finalement je viens de recevoir un remboursement de 88.95€ pour une commande initiale de 113.90€ soit un retour de 24.95€ juste pour aller en Allemagne.
Je ne recommande pas du tout cette marque !
