Jacket is worth waiting for
I ordered originally S and we waited 6 weeks I did email regularly and was reassured it was being processed and on its way. it arrived too big my daughter is size 8-10 uk size so we requested a return and replacement, the jacket was sent back on Wednesday and a replacement jacket has been received the following Thursday. The new size XS is just perfect now my daughter is praying for rain every day so her jacket can transform.
Excellent responsive customer service recommend this company and the quality and material of the jacket is amazing.

I am writing this review to hope I will get some sort of actual feedback from Buchan as to where my jacket is. The money has come out of my account, i ordered this start of September. I understand it says pre order takes a while but having no updates and proper communication regards to shipment is shocking. It’s unprofessional. I am still awaiting this jacket. If you cannot contact me back I will be demanding a refund ! The lack of customer service is awful and looking at other reviews, it seems to be a reoccurring theme. It is very frustrating, especially when customers spend a lot of money on this jacket, to not receive proper updates is worrying.

Veste reçue beaucoup trop grande, mal taillée et je n’aime pas la matière. Je demande un remboursement que l’on accepte finalement après 5 mails. On me propose d’abord de me rembourser que 20% et d’avoir 30% de réduction sur le site. Je refuse cette proposition, on me propose ensuite un remboursement de 30% et une réduction de 40% sur le site, proposition que je refuse. Le remboursement est alors accepté avec un prix annoncé de 15€ pour le transport.
Finalement je viens de recevoir un remboursement de 88.95€ pour une commande initiale de 113.90€ soit un retour de 24.95€ juste pour aller en Allemagne.
Je ne recommande pas du tout cette marque !

Ich habe die Jacke für meine Enkelin bestellt und sie war total happy. Es hat zwar mehr als einen Monat gedauert bis die Jacke geliefert wurde(das wurde ja mitgeteilt!), aber die Wartezeit hat sich gelohnt. Die Jacke ist super!!!

never getting my jacket
It’s been 6 weeks since i ordered my jacket and the tracking still says ”preparing order”. If the delivery says 4-6 weeks it should arrive during that time. Annoying!!

Helaas een slechte ervaring met Buchan.
Mijn bestelling is inmiddels 6 weken geleden geplaatst en is in die tijd nog steeds niet verzonden. Ik heb hierover ook geen enkele update ontvangen.
Nadat ik zelf contact had opgenomen, kreeg ik in eerste instantie alleen een vrij algemene/generieke reactie. Na opnieuw te hebben gemaild en uiteindelijk een review op Trustpilot te hebben geplaatst, ontving ik ineens een mail met excuses voor de gang van zaken. Daarin werd aangegeven dat de jas binnen 1 à 2 weken verzonden zou worden.
Wat ik vooral vreemd vind, is dat ik als klant hier zelf achteraan moest, terwijl het blijkbaar al bekend was dat de bestelling zo vertraagd was. Daarnaast werd mij gevraagd of ik mijn review wilde verwijderen. Ik heb aangegeven dat ik de bestelling liever wilde annuleren en dat ik uit goede wil bereid was om de review offline te halen.
De annulering en terugbetaling werden vervolgens netjes en snel geregeld, waarvoor complimenten. Wat ik echter wel erg vreemd vind, is dat de €8,95 aan verzendkosten niet wordt terugbetaald. Ik betaal dus verzendkosten voor een bestelling die uiteindelijk helemaal niet is verzonden.
Ik ga hier verder geen tijd en moeite meer in steken, maar laat mijn review om die reden wel staan. Voor mij gaat het uiteindelijk niet alleen om de vertraging, maar vooral om het gebrek aan communicatie en het feit dat ik zelf meerdere keren contact moest opnemen om duidelijkheid te krijgen. Jammer want de jassen zien er super tof uit!

Bedankt dat je zo uitgebreid hebt uitgelegd wat er is gebeurd. We begrijpen je teleurstelling volledig: zes weken wachten zonder proactieve update, meerdere keren zelf contact moeten opnemen en vervolgens onduidelijkheid over de vertraging is niet de ervaring die we willen bieden. Het spijt ons ook dat er onduidelijkheid is ontstaan rondom het verzoek om je review te verwijderen en vooral over de terugbetaling van de verzendkosten, terwijl je bestelling uiteindelijk niet is verzonden.
We zijn wel blij dat de annulering en terugbetaling daarna snel en netjes voor je zijn geregeld, maar we begrijpen dat dit het eerdere gebrek aan communicatie niet wegneemt. We nemen je feedback over onze communicatie en de afhandeling van de verzendkosten serieus en zullen dit intern meenemen.

Horrible delivery service
Four weeks since the order and It still says "being prepared". It is a present but it arrives considerably late. So much disappointed about the delivery and customer services.

Vooraf sceptisch achteraf tevreden
Ik was best sceptisch toen ik de bestelling van de jas voor mijn dochter deed aangezien het via een instagram reclame was maar aangenaam verrast. Kwaliteit van de regenjas is echt goed en de klantendienst is snel en correct met hun antwoord. Levering was wel 6 weken maar dat wist ik vooraf .

Ich habe eine cheetah Jacke bestellt und liebe sie. Am liebsten würde ich alle Farben bestellen. Die Lieferzeit dauert lange, was einem aber von Anfang an gesagt wird. Ich kann sagen: das warten lohnt sich!
Das Material ist qualitativ hochwertig, der Regen prallt von der Jacke ab und sie sieht einfach ästhetisch aus. Müsste den Shop eigentlich blockieren, weil ich jeden Tag auf deren Seite bin und wieder bestellen möchte 🫠😭
