Dear Buchan,
Dear Buchan,
I am writing to inquire about the status of my order #BU65201, placed on September 22nd.
The order confirmation states that the item (Reversible Buchan Fleece - Black - XS) is "In-stock ready to ship". However, it has been over a week and I have not yet received a shipping confirmation or a track-and-trace link.
Could you please check the status of my package and let me know when it will be shipped?
Thank you for your assistance.
Kind regards,
Yani Delva

WORST DELIVERY SERVICE
WORST DELIVERY SERVICE
I’ve been waiting more than 5 weeks for an order and in the tracker it still shows as « being prepared ». I asked several times to the company and they can’t even provide any clearance on the situation.
Definitely never buying anything from them again!

If I could leave a negative review I…
If I could leave a negative review I would… I waited for my package over four weeks, by the time it was finally shipped out I received incomplete tracking information, no shipping address was ever confirmed. I immediately contacted their support team when the item appeared to have been delivered even though nothing was received by my 24 seven concierge/ package valet. It’s been three weeks of going back-and-forth with their support team where they failed to deliver delivery partner information despite requesting that I file my own claims with the shipping partner, which I still to this day have not been told who it was. When the Support team finally filed the claim on their side, they sent me proof of delivery with images of a package for a completely different person addressed to and Allison in Mountain View, California when I live in New York City. I’ve repeatedly asked for a refund given this absurd back-and-forth with their support team, and Buchan has refused to refund the order. I’ve lost complete trust in this company, it honestly seems like it is nothing but a scam and the only resolve I have is to dispute this with the credit card given that they are completely unwilling to acknowledge the gross incompetence of their systems. Incredibly disappointed for having given this early stage company a chance. Do not waste your time.

Resposta da Buchan
Hi,
We’re truly sorry for the extremely frustrating experience you’ve had with your order and for the confusion surrounding the delivery and proof of delivery. We completely understand your disappointment, especially after waiting several weeks, having difficulty obtaining clear delivery-partner information, and then receiving proof of delivery that appears to relate to a different recipient and location. We sincerely apologize for the back-and-forth communication and for the fact that this situation has not yet been resolved to your satisfaction.
We would like to review the full case again, including the delivery investigation and refund request, so that we can properly understand what happened and work toward a fair resolution for you. Please email us at support@buchan.store with your order number, and our team will review your case and any remaining concerns again for you.

Bien cordialement,
Elijah Buchan

Best jacket ever
I love the rain jacket! It took a little longer than six weeks, but I sent a mail to the costumer service and it didn’t take long before they answered and i got my jacket. I also got mails along the process and it was really nice to get that kind of updates. The jacket is fully rain proof and the leopard print is insanely cool! Couldn’t ask for a better result than this. I fully recommend it
