I have no complaints. The delivery was as it should have been. The phone is as described and as new in perfect condition.

The phone is great. I was apprehensive because I was changing model but after doing some research the galaxy A10e was strongly recommended and i am very pleased. NOTE- delivery IS the full 7-10 days as stated so YES - save money on a refurbished phone but dont be in a rush. They tell you what to expect and that's what happens

I emailed and tried calling several times. No response. Labelled as new ipod, extremely slow lags and doesn’t work. No one got back to me. I don’t recommend this website, go straight to the manufacturer if you want a reliable service.

Don't make my mistake and order a phone from this company. Phone is sent direct from China, resulting in longer delivery time than stated on website and not checked before you get it, again as stated on website. Customer service also awful, apparently having no record of website orders, despite credit card being charged. Avoid. Also ignore these other 5 star reviews which look fake.

Still waiting for delivery of phone! No delivery data given and its been so long now since order that I have been asked to review! 15 days from order and starting to wonder if I have been scammed.

Perfect for our disabled son at a sensible price

The samsung s9 we ordered will not work with a SIM only Wi-Fi. Both O2 and giff gaff customer service have advised that the phone is locked or just not working properly.

I ordered a phone hoping for rapid turnaround. I tried the live chat and email request to find the expected turnaround - no response. The FAQ suggested all would be OK (8-10 days), but those times did not include "processing of the order" which extended matters by a week. When the "unlocked" phone arrived it was in fact locked to an American network. I was offered a simple replacement, but this would not be sent out until the returned phone was received (despite my request for it to be sent on trust, given no part of the error was mine). Return was to be made by second class post only. So although I was told the replacement phone would be with me in around a week this this could claerly never be acheived. I have today been offered a refund which I have accepted as I have no confidence left with the service which has simple delayed my phone replacement by 5 weeks!! The company were quick and pleasant at answering emails but otherwise I am deeply disappointed with the whole process.

Avoid! Company falsely advertise that you will receive your phone in 3-5 working days - actually it took them a month to send it out! Bad customer service didn't offer me a refund on the postage to return the phone as it was sent too late - avoid at all costs!

Waited longer than expected for phone to arrive. Communication wasn't very clear.

I did an order of iphones, gave all the proofs they asked for and didn't get my order fullfilled, they ask me now to contact my bank to cancel the order.

Don't buy on this website.

A good lot of mobile phones to chose from i prefer Sony mobile phones The prices are very reasonable and the one i have bought was great no problems with the phone fast delivery customer service team were excellent and polite and friendly and very helpful and It makes a change to get someone who knows what they are doing Thank you very much

The phone arrived promptly and in great condition, they even threw in a bonus case. Nice! I would shop from Bulk Mobiles again.

Quick and friendly response on the phone. Phone delivered as ordered and competitively priced. Although I had an issue with it( unrelated to Bulk Mobiles), the customer service received could not be faulted. Thanks for your excellent support.

There were a few signs that Bulkmobiles might not be kosher, such as a PayPal logo but no PayPal option, and a couple of bad reviews here. But the phone I wanted simply wasn't available elsewhere so I paid by Debit card.
And waited, and waited... and emailed, and waited.
I phoned Bulk Mobiles, and there was someone there! They said my phone would arrive about 10 days after ordering, (as warned in the small print), and it did. But ALL GOOD!

Amazing communication, delivery times and products.
I would definitely buy from these guys again.
I would would recommend 100%
