Nice experience
Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Made to feel welcome and treated with respect. Any questions are always answered as well and as helpful as they can be. It's the only place that I can honestly say, I really like every single member of staff.

Not enough staff
I enjoy the game but there's never enough staff on. Don't have freebie nights so the place is full then not have enough staff to serve at the bar. I ordered drinks on the iPad and still waited 35 minutes to get them.

Great place to go with friends or family
Great place to enjoy with friends or family. Staff are super friendly and always very helpful. It has a really nice atmosphere, food and drink is available too. Lots of comfortable seating, wheelchair friendly. There's plenty of choices if you fancy a go on the slot machines. Ample parking and lots of offers/discounts either through the post or via email. Great prizes too if you're lucky enough to win! A great night or afternoon out.

Most of the staff are brilliant…
Most of the staff are brilliant friendly. Made to feel welcome. I go almost every lunchtime 😋. It's a great atmosphere a lovely place to make bingo friends. Staff know everyone's name. I know most of the Staffs families through chatting. They are all a part of my life and many more customers.

The staff are all great at Fenton they are all friendly and keen to help anyone that needs it even when some of the customers arent nice to them at the end of the session they work really hard too clean the club ready for the next one people should be encouraged more to clean there own mess up maybe

They crack on they haven't heard you…
They crack on they haven't heard you shout and yet other customers said I shouted loud and clear. Food is taking ages to come out or missing meals. I will give Fenton a miss from now on hardly win and when I did cracked onhe didn't hear me. Robbing gets.
