Buzz bingo staff are like your family they care for you at Wakefield and manger is good he very chatty and laughs and say enjoy your evening and thanks for coming this evening it really is a nice place just really nice and it's in enjoyable too and it's nice if you have a win too but it's just nice place to go to when you haven't been out for days and days and weeks.they can tell when your not okay too and they ask you if your okay too and have a chat.nikta did this once to me came over to me said are you okay I said I'm suffering with my mental health she said aww no I'm sorry to hear that just by talking to me I felt better for that so thank you much appreciated nikta and sue is lovely too

I ❤️ BUZZ
Buzz online is fantastic with a good level of interaction between online staff and players, staff are always happy to answer any questions you have about the game and also a friendly chat about your day and general likes and dislikes games are cheap and easy to play with a good ratio of win tickets and even daily freebie games if you'd like to play but can't afford too 😀 I also love buzz clubs in particular WAKEFIELD as staff are lovely Steve Stacey Anne nakita Alicia leanne Louise amy and last but not least Megan my particular favourite caller and any that I've missed all are so welcoming and happy to help with anything you need 😀

Quick, helpful and polite....
I went on live chat because I was struggling to redeem a promotion, the guy I spoke to was extremely helpful, polite, and I didn't have to wait long for the issue to be sorted!

First time I visited
First time I visited. Recently set up a new membership, it was quiet when I joined then everyone was coming in and I felt rushed and nothing was explained to me as to how the games were played, as the attendants seemed more interested in getting the queue down. I should of been told to look in my gold envelope for more information on what to do and expect. So stupidly I made a couple of false calls and missed a winning line because I didn't realise in time, it was so fast. My tablet ran out of battery power whilst playing and no extra game given/offered.
