Simply not worth it
this is an honest review after going to the bingo at Washington for the first time I have mixed views firstly the staff are really friendly and helpful but after that I’m sorry to say the rest is dreadful we ordered food if that is what you can call it OMG it was absolutely terrible overcooked beige cardboard rubbish that I wouldn’t give to my dog and I haven’t even got one it is pure rubbish then we move on to the bingo itself let’s get things straight why does the bingo caller have to call out the numbers at 100 miles an hour maybe it is ok for the seasoned professional bingoists ( I think that’s what they are called ] but for people just starting it is impossible to keep up with it they make it impossible to keep up my advice is this if you want more people to enjoy the experience maybe cater for everyone not just the seasoned bingo pros from a first time experience this could have been so much better but we won’t be returning it simply isnt worth it

This venue should be totally refurbished, it's in shocking state. Unclean, tape on floor everywhere as an example.
Not a comfortable environment
Board games a disgrace paying a £1 and the winnings possibly £10 if you are lucky to win.
Hardly any staff.
Entry not cheap compared to prize money.
ALL the above to be looked at and these issues to need to dealt with some urgency.

The staff are polite and helpful.There are not enough staff and a lot of regulars have left.There is not much choice for eating if you are on a diet, but the good thing is that the Breakfast is back on the menu ( although I Would like it to be an " All Day Breakfast"). Disgraceful run down premises
Disgraceful run down premises, unclean, totally shabby. There is a couple of staff that are helpful. The callers are full of importance. Prize money on boards are a joke. Eg Pay a £1 to win £5. Need to restructure in every way

Buzz Bingo Washington avoid. Daughter (22yr) and I joined last year. We went tonight, not allowed in a sdaughter had NO ID. Never ever has she been asked for ID. Maybe you should make it that no members under 25 allowed. So we left and left our membership cards. Manager was unhelpful, unpolite. My mum and dad came down from Scotland and where going to join, they were utterly disgusted at the treatment of their granddaughter. Will be advising friends to avoid. If Challenge 25 is your policy. Maybe that should be pointed out when you join and also made clear by having signage around.

All of our clubs follow a National 'Challenge 25' Policy where all customers must be prepared and able to provide Legally Verifiable ID upon request of club staff. Keep getting offers via sms when i…
Keep getting offers via sms when i visit the club sometimes they honour the offers other times they won't and im told the offers I am sent have nothing to do with them and to contact customer service which i do but i get nowhere,
