Excellent service ordered on Saturday morning delivered before midday on the Monday.

The price of the item was good, the ordering process was straightforward, and having had it delivered to a CEF store (on time) I was able to go and collect it the following day.

Superb company. Wherever you go in this country there's a CEF and we use them on a daily basis. 10 out of 10 in my opinion.

Great product DeWalt road breaker

I paid nearly £1300 for the breaker and DeWalt trolley and it didn’t come with the breaker pins which I struggled to get in time for Monday to go away to work but didn’t realise it didn’t website doesn’t really say wether it does come with them or don’t but many alternative sites sell the breaker with pins and state that they come with pins

Managed to source pins from another company and collect them for a further £110

Other than that great 5*

Always welcoming and friend , they always go above and beyond and beyond to get material on time , also carry bout quotes fast for materials , which is helpful when pricing work

But on this occasion they let me down. Ordered and paid for 1/21 air-conditioning units, only to be told a few days later that there were none in stock

Order was correct but delivery took a bit longer than expected. Overall service was good and a good supply service. Would have used my local branch but that was being refurbished.

Amazingly helpful staff in the West End store and super quick delivery!

The CEF staff were very helpful . Unfortunately the delivery went to another unit on the site and took a couple of days to sort this out. The CEF staff were very quick to sort the problem when we discovered what had happened. The fault was with the delivery company, at the wrong address and then that company didn’t bother to take it to CEF depot next door.

The man that came to pick up our wee waist was very nice. But it took nearly 2 months and 3 phone calls for a response from our original request to collect the waist .

Quality retailer, with professional customer service, prices are good and they post out nice and quickly, great range of products and they don't seem to penalise non trade customers on price....very easy transaction and nice quality products sent well packaged....👍
