The site is fine, its the delivery service that needs sorting out, it will come late or not even turn up, imagine, sitting at site and waiting, telling the customer the job will be done, just to tell them it won't because only box 1 of 2 has been delivered

All ok except my item arrived a day later than I had planned for

Staff at the sites are really nice! The deliveries are on time and the products are always what I've asked for.

Over all great service

Ben from Park Royal branch really went an extra mile coming to the site to get to know us as well as bringing materials we ordered on the same day, much appreciated Ben. I wish all big companies could put this little extra effort to to get know their clients and provide them with a little more personal attitude and offer suited to their needs.

Ordered a Dewalt Jigsaw from CEF due to them being the most competitive price . It was delivered quickly & I was able to track the delivery

My online order failed to deliver, even though the DX driver took a photograph of the house next door to by delivery address.
DX then failed to deliver my order for seven days and then they still delivered to the house next door.

In the mean time I now had to go to my local CEF branch (Orpington) and get them to fulfil the order and I had to collect the items myself.
Thank god they were up to the task as I was now several days without any materials and completely under pressure from my client.

You delivery service is useless and your web order staff are very helpful but have no power to actually see where the delivery is or give any indication as to when it may turn up.
The whole experience made me look a complete idiot in from of my client and cost me a lot of time and money in lost labour sorting out DX Delivery Service total lack of not working out delivery address.

Not the level of service I expect from CEF online orders.

Excellent website with proper pictures so you can ensure an equipment match to existing kit.

Ordered for my mum, good customer service when my delivery was not delivered, good packaging and the driver was very helpful and well mannered.

Good price, excellent service. Delivery by a proper company in very quick time, even courier was nice and friendly.
