Missing part quickly resolved…
Ordered 6mm solar cable & 2x pair MC4 connectors; sadly only on pair in box with cable. Quick phone call to customer service (Sue?) who registered issue, followed up with a call back from Chris who authorised dispatch of missing MC4 pair at 1630 Friday. Arrived on doorstep at 0945 Monday.
"Great service is not only what you do well, it's also what you do when you've made a mistake."
Will definitely use CEF again.

Arrived 2 days late
Arrived 2 days late, charged for next day delivery and all I got was ‘it was sent to the wrong depot’
It’s not the first time!
No refund for delivery.

The site is fine
The site is fine, its the delivery service that needs sorting out, it will come late or not even turn up, imagine, sitting at site and waiting, telling the customer the job will be done, just to tell them it won't because only box 1 of 2 has been delivered
