So bad. Bought gold bar..couldn't verify or scan the bar code.. asked to return the bar..but they are not ready to accept it..send proof that it can't be scanned.. bit chards are not accepting that..

The items I have purchased have always been of he very best quality and exactly as described in their web site. On the odd occasion that my intended purchase has not been a stock item Chards have always notified me when they were available and delivered to my door within two working days. I can thoroughly recommend Chards and look forward to future dealings with them. Thank you very much
