I’m very pleased with my Closomat. The installation team were professional, friendly, and did a brilliant job. The Closomat itself is made from high‑quality materials, the water spray cleans very well, and it’s easy to use and easy to keep clean. It has made a big difference for me and I’m really happy with it.

Long time client review request
Closomat have been maintaining my bathroom equipment for many years and it is a vital service that I could not do without of the years. I have had a few minor issues with the equipment but the service is second and none and as someone with a physical disability that needs hygiene Help I would definitely recommend them.

Richard and Simon - Toilet
Richard and Simon promised we'd be early appointment after having to cancel an earlier one due to unforeseen circumstances. They were true to their word and throughout the visit they were friendly and informative.
They carried out a full inspection of the toilet and made sure I was aware of certain functions that could be altered if required to better suit me and my partner.
Anything they noted during the inspection, they made sure to document fully and explained to me what it was and why they were documenting it.
Overall, I'm impressed with their professionalism and transparency. Thank you
