Do not use this company

Do not use this company. They have fake stars/reviews on the companies that they are using. I booked Heathrow meet and greet still waiting 1hr and 10 minutes for our car. The company we used from their site was park lane and it said 4.7 star review. Looked online they have 1 star.. I will be taking this further-biggest con and so unfair that we have paid money and waiting in the freezing cold.
DO NOT USE
Update after 3 hrs we got a taxi to the car ourself at our own expense as we’re sick of waiting!

DO NOT BOOK!!!! Liars and scammers! Wrong airport parking changes on booking. Meet & Greet service claim to deliver the car in 25-35 mins, but was told 40mins after 40minuted was told another 30minutes. Absolutely scam! AVOIR AVOID AVOID

We've just arrived back to LHR after a long flight from Las Vegas to find that our car was FILTHY and literally COVERED IN BIRD POO?!! We also followed the instructions in which they set out to pick up your car and waited for over half an hour?! Luckily, we owed them £20 for an additional day's parking and had withdrawn it ready to hand over to the driver but when I saw the state of our car, I will be using it for a car wash instead!! The guy on the phone said that he'd take it out of the drivers wages so that just goes to show what a 'tin pot' set up this company really is!! There was also not a hint of an apology?! If the bird poo marks the paintwork then we'll be taking it further!! Don't make the same mistake we did and AVOID AT ALL COSTS or else your car will be ragged through what appeared to be a field and parked under a tree for the durationof your stay!! Luckily I took photos of the car when we handed it over and also when we collected it.

PARKING SPOT M&G ARE CRIMINALS AND COMPARE THE PARKING ARE COMPLICIT! AVOID!
They clocked over 100 miles on my car. Charged me for entry in and out of the car park- Even though it specifies all charges are included on compare the parking. They scuffed my right bumper. And were 1 hour late to pick me up after a long flight. Leaving me and my young family freezing cold in the car park enduring minus 1 temperatures after being repeatedly told the driver was 10 minutes away.
The owner of Parking spot M & G Mohammed Hussain is clearly a repeat offender having read other reviews and is being reported to trading standards.
When trying to raise a complaint they were rude and would not acknowledge the complaint. Stating it was not their department.
Do not use Compare the parking. If they are letting criminals like this run riot with your time and possessions they are not fit to offer any such comparison sight and thus cannot be trusted to supply a genuine service.

Do yourself a favour: don't bother!

I wished i had read the reviews before using this company, please do yourself a favour do not use! I am very surprised that Heathrow allow this company to continue to "s××× on people" like they are doing. It took them two hours to deliver our car to us after calling them to confirm arrival. They originaly said 30 minutes, then 40 minutes later 10 minutes then 15 minutes later 20! We called them and asked for an address to get a cab to the car but they wouldn't, we were worried something had happened to it, they stopped answering our calls a couple of times. We asked the other parking companies in the car park and they said that they were well known for it and to keep phoning. The knock on effect to our day was tremendous, the idea of this service is spead and convenience? It is cheaper and quicker just to park and ride. Maybe the company should change thier name to: we really don't care who takes your car and whether they provide a service or not but we will take your money for it! just read our customer feedback on trustpilot to get an idea or google us if your not quite sure?

Website may work well but service providers are awful

We got a good Black Friday deal from Compare the Parking for Meet and Greet at Heathrow with Super Parking. We called at 15.40 to say we would arrive at 16.10. We were told our booking was for 16.30 so we would have to wait til then. After a few phone calls driver arrived at 17.10 which meant our car park fee was £20 rather than £8. I emailed a complaint to Superparking but have not received a reply. We returned to Heathrow and called after collecting our luggage. We were told it would take up to 45 minutes. After numerous calls and broken promises the driver arrived with our car 95 minutes after our call.We had been told by the operator that the driver was stuck in traffic - the traffic around Heathrow being awful between 6 and 10pm Ona Saturday!!!. The driver told us he had only been given the car 7 minutes before, the journey only being 4 miles. Needless to say there was no traffic outside. I tried to get them to pay the car parking fee but they wouldn’t. Also, I realised after the driver had left that my phone charging lead had been stolen from the car.
If CTP want to avoid bad reviews you need to pay more attention to the reviews of those offering services on your site. You would then be able kick out rip off merchants like Superparking who are rude, deceitful, unreliable and dishonest.

Never ever use this company

Never ever use this company.
Terrible company. Booked car parking at Gatwick. We phoned them route 30 minutes beforehand as requested. Got to the car park and made us wait 40 minutes for them to arrive. They kept on lying saying we are nearly there as they were so late. They then charged us £15 extra so he could get out if the car park. On hindsight we should have not paid this. Unfortunately what should have been a relaxing start to our holiday turned out stressful and made us late for our flight. On the return by the time we got to the car park we have several phone calls hasseling us to hsay where are you. The was waiting just 2 minutes. He should have also paid for the exit but didn’t so we had another bill on top of we wrote to the company and they point blank refused to refund us for the delay and exit they just sen an AI produced email. They must also generate there own reviews as the website had 5 stars!

I wish I'd seen these reviews before using this company - their agent left my car in a bay for hours after drop off and I received and PCN. I now cannot get any response from them or their agent leaving me with no option but to pay the fine

⭐ DISGRACEFUL SERVICE – DISHONEST, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME

This is without doubt the worst parking service I have ever experienced. I booked my parking online, trusting this company to provide a basic level of professionalism. What I received instead was lies, delays, and total disregard for the customer.

On my return to collect my car, I was forced to wait for over THREE HOURS. During this time, I made more than 70 phone calls to the car collection number (+44 7707 243516). Every single call was answered with blatant lies — I was repeatedly told “your car is on the way,” “10 minutes,” “15 minutes,” over and over again.

What makes this even worse is that my car is fitted with a tracking device. I could see in real time that my vehicle had not moved at all and was sitting in their yard near Drayton the entire time. Despite this, the person answering the phone continued lying without hesitation.

When I finally told him I could track my car and that I knew he was lying, instead of apologising or resolving the issue, he blocked my number immediately. This is outrageous, cowardly, and completely unprofessional behaviour.

After more than 3 hours of unnecessary waiting, the car was finally delivered. To add insult to injury, the vehicle arrived filthy, covered in dust and dirt. This is unacceptable, especially as my car was handed over valet cleaned and polished.

This company shows:
• Zero honesty
• Zero accountability
• Zero customer care
• Utter disrespect for customers and their property

I am extremely disappointed and will never use this company again. I have already warned my friends, family, and all my civil servant colleagues to stay well away from this company.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Save yourself the stress, wasted time, and frustration. Be warned.

Easy to book and great directions to…

Easy to book and great directions to parking area. quick efficient check in and a short walk undercover into terminal 2. car a little slower to be returned on my arrival back into the UK Probably felt longer than it actualy was. car had been well looked after and was clean. all staff encountered were excelent. Would deffinatley use them again.

When we arrived we had to wait for the driver to arrive, when he finally arrived after numerous calls, there was no ID or uniform for the driver or an apology for his delay which was over 20 minutes.
We called as advised for our car to be returned, I was told the driver should be with me within 30 minutes, we had to wait for over an hour for the car to be returned again by a driver who had no id or uniform there was no apology again for the delay, I will not be using this supplier again and would strongly recommend not using this company. I have used similar companies at other airports and this was by far the worst service that I have received.

Excessive mileage 153 miles driven while we were away !

While our car was picked up and returned in line with the agreed times and place, we were NOT happy to find that an excessive amount of fuel had been used and the car had been driven 153 miles between dropping the car off and the car being delivered back to the short stay car park. I also found sweet wrappers in both door pockets and both seats had been reclined. Meaning that more than just the driver had been in the car.

I believe the car was used for more than being driven to a parking area and then returned and 153 miles is excessive.

My emails to this company have not been responded to, so i thought it best to let people know what might happen if they decide to use this company. I would not use them again or recommend them.

Avoid this company as they are running…

Avoid this company as they are running illegal operations. First I strongly suspect they use illegal workers from the Asian sub continent and I have reported them to the Home Office and I suggest anyone who has fallen victim to the do the same. I have also reported them to the Police and HMRC as well as they need to be investigated. They try to hide under the guise of they are just a parking comparison website to take your payment on behalf of parking companies but it’s all a scam, they also own the parking companies. I paid for a meet and greet service on their website for a company called iPark Gatwick. Compare the Parking is run by Asians. IPark gatwick all the people who pic up the phone or meet you at the airport are Asians, go figure, they know each other and are running circles around customers who unknowingly fall victim to this company. I handed over my car to them in December at the Gatwick north terminal and took a picture and video of the driver who barely spoke English and I’ve sent these to the home office because I’m sure this person isn’t fully insured or even legal in this country.

I returned home after a month to a parking ticket. Apparently after I handed over my car in the Gatwick North terminal, the driver drove my car to the South Terminal drop off zone, stayed there for five minutes and didn’t pay the drop off charge, so while I was checking in at the NORTH TERMINAL, my car was being driven to the south terminal to pick up somebody and no drop off charge was paid, so of course as the legal registered owner of the vehicle, I got a £100 parking ticket.

I immediately called Compare The Parking and they’ve sent me on a merry go round chase, fist they gave me an email address to speak to the parking company that has never been responded to, they gave me another email, it hasn’t been responded to, they gave me phone numbers which of course is the phone number to call when dropping if your car. I call practically every day. They tell me oh we’ll call you back later in the day. They never do. I’ve been at this for well over a month and received more letters from the parking ticket issuer saying the case will be passed to a debt collector. There’s no way in hell I could have been the one driving as I had handed over my car and was IN the north terminal at the time of the contravention. I took pictures and videos that proves it.

Avoid this company as I’m not the first person this has happened to. I’ve read several reviews of people who have been left with hundreds of pounds of parking charges they’ve had to pay to avoid debt collectors or being taken to court and ruining their credit history because of county court judgements. They are getting away with this because they know people would eventually pay the parking ticket so I suggest anyone who’s had a problem with this company report them to the authorities. Start with the home office and the police. Their drivers are illegal, they very likely don’t even have driving licenses or even fully insured, they operate a buddy system in their Asian community, so the authorities must be informed. The police, immigration, HMRC too and trading standards. The only time I got a reaction out of them was when I said I was reporting them to the home office because I have pictures and video of the drivers who picked up my car, and dropped it off. You could hear the panic in their voice over the phone, then it changed from there’s nothing we can do, we are only a price comparison website to, we’ll speak to the relevant department and call you back later in the day. I’ve heard that four times now and never got a call back, so I’m going ahead with all the evidence I have and reporting to the relevant authorities. I suggest people do the same.

Zero stars. Used Heathrow Park and Ride Parking Solutions from this site and they put over 216 miles on our car. We cannot report the company or review them on this site. This site and the "company" we used were scams.

SCAMMERS, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Returned my car damaged (dashboard and speedometer not working), says its 'not their fault' and to 'read the ts&cs'

Extremely argumentative on the phone, refused to come back to my car and help. The guy who returned the car to me literally dropped the keys off and ran away immediately whilst I was circling the vehicle looking for any damage.

Accused me of ‘wanting their money’ and accused me of lying. Admitted to allowing their driver to illegally drive my car knowing it was unfit and not mention ANYTHING to me. Absolutely disgusting service.

I will be reporting them to Trading Standards.

Update: my car has still not been fixed, the garage haven’t even been able to figure out what’s wrong with it! God knows what they have done to my vehicle. I have reported them to trading standards, awaiting an update. I encourage everyone who’s had a bad experience to do the same and get them out of business!!

Avoid at all costs!!cheaper to pay for thw actual car park. They add a extra £17 to you when you in the van ready to go. A van with 4 other parties in that all have to pay £17. The barrier charge, which you dont normally pay when booking this type of service. And if you want to be picked up on time dont use this company. Made us wait 40 mins. Shocking service

Misleading and disappointing…

Misleading and disappointing experience.

I booked what was described as “Park and Ride” for Gatwick and only realised after booking that this is not official airport parking, but an off-site third-party car park with a minibus transfer. This was not made clear at the point of booking.

I cancelled the booking within 30 minutes, before any service was provided. Despite this, the company kept a £20 “admin fee”, which feels unreasonable given how quickly the cancellation was made.

I also contacted customer services immediately to explain the issue and request that the admin fee be waived. My email was ignored, yet the admin fee was still charged.

If you are travelling with children, be especially careful — minibuses may require car seats, which are not mentioned upfront.

I would strongly advise booking directly with the airport rather than through this site.

Undisclosed damage to vehicle ,Negligence, Loss and damages Life-threatening incident

Unsafe return of vehicle and keys

Upon my return from holiday, I discovered that my car key had been left behind the rear tyre of my vehicle. This method of key return is wholly unacceptable, insecure, and demonstrates a serious lack of professional care.

2. Undisclosed damage to vehicle

When exiting Terminal 5 in heavy rainfall, I activated my windscreen washer and immediately discovered that:
• The windscreen wiper had been pulled out of position, and
• There was a large crack on the left side of the windscreen

These defects severely impaired visibility.

At no point was I informed of this damage, nor was any warning provided that my vehicle was unsafe to drive.

3. Life-threatening incident

By the time the defects became apparent, I was already on the M25 motorway. Due to the rain and the displaced wiper, my windscreen became covered in soapy water, leaving me unable to see clearly.

This caused a dangerous and life-threatening situation, forcing me to stop on the motorway in distress. I was required to contact the police, who assisted in moving me to a place of safety. I then waited over three hours for the RAC to make the vehicle roadworthy enough for me to return home.
