Is not possible to take away those 1.6 stars otherwise I will. Please report to the police this scumbags if you having any issues, evri single person during Christmas and new year as been scammed or incurred to any sort of problems...wich can be also connected to criminal activities with you car.
I dont know how this company still scamming clients and still operating into the UK airports.
I parked my car for 3 days and I recive a call from them when abroad to pay £330 becouse my mot was expire, I paid on 2th of January 2026. When I picked the car up non mot was done.
I asked for a refund and talk with the owner/manager Tajammal Hussain Tahir for the refund, but as for today no refund has been received. Reported it to the Police for fraud, they are nothing more then rude scumbags.

Useless customer service

Only thanks to having to change our car details, did we discover it's seemingly impossible to do this. Hadn't read reviews before, unfortunately. We decided to lose the money we'd paid, so as to avoid all the potential issues at airport. Would never risk using the company again!!

Never ever!

I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company.
I left my car with them over the Christmas period and what I experienced is completely unacceptable. When I collected my vehicle, the interior was filthy, covered in mud. My dash cam had been deliberately disconnected without my consent, which is a serious breach of trust.
The passenger seat area was also dirty, clearly indicating that someone had used my car while it was supposed to be safely parked. This company shows no respect for customers’ property and cannot be trusted. I would never use their services again and I strongly warn others to stay away.

do not book

do not book. I booked on here and called 30 mins before arrival like they asked and i was told it was the wrong number. i also called the general helpline and they told me ‘ they was not collecting anymore cars’ and i must have another email with another number which was not true. no sight of them at airport either.

I would like to give zero stars.
We used this site to choose valet park service at Gatwick north.
We waited over1.5 hrs for our car to be delivered back and 45 mins for it to collected.
The firm we chose Ipark were given. 5 star review on the compare the parking website - which is a total lie as having now googled external reviews whilst waiting for our car - I see they are uniformly negative.
Do not use this parking comparison website!

Please please NEVER EVER use this company!
It is basically a con from start to finish - Blatant lies on the website- the pick up & drop off was outsourced to a company called Fast Meet & Greet - a bunch of rude con men
The state my car came back in was quite shocking
If you value your time,sanity & vehicle use the Long Stay car parks in the North & South Terminal

If I could give it zero I would. Do not use this company. Very rude staff.

I followed your instructions precisely and called the attendant 30 minutes in advance as required. I parked in the orange zone, 4th floor, as instructed.
When I arrived at the agreed time, I called again to confirm I was on site and was told to wait. After 10 minutes, with my check-in time approaching, I called again to ask how much longer it would be. The response I received was unacceptable: the attendant said, “I don’t know, I’m stuck in traffic. What do you want me to do — fly over the cars?”
I waited a further 10 minutes and called again, at which point the attendant was still unable to give any estimated arrival time. With no alternative and under extreme time pressure, I was effectively forced to leave my car unlocked with the keys inside for collection.
I was then told I needed to leave £10 cash in the car to cover the short-stay fee. I did not have cash, so the attendant asked me to transfer money instead and sent me bank details for “Divvak Patel” — initially providing the wrong account number, which caused further delay and stress before this was eventually resolved.
At 09:28, almost an hour after I had arrived, the attendant called to say he was finally on site but could not find my car. It then took a further 15 minutes for him to locate it — despite me having given clear details of the zone and floor.
This entire experience was extremely stressful, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I complied fully with your procedures, yet the service I received was late, poorly communicated, and placed me in an unsafe and unreasonable position.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Compare the parking claim to vet their service providers but this is a complete lie.

We booked Super Parking Ltd through them to park our car at Heathrow over New Year, and have had the most horrendous experience. Compare the parking claim they're a broker only, so can't take responsibility for their service providers (in our case - a missed meet and greet service more than 1hr late, and on return we've had to involve the police as we have not been able to get our car back).

We'll be pursuing a trading standards complaint with Comparetheparking for a breach of contract, based on guidance given by Citizens Advice, and separately report Superparking Ltd to Action Fraud. We are still trying to get our car back 4 days after returning to the UK.

When contacting Compare the parking's customer service line about the car theft, they hung up. Haven't been able to make contact since. Both companies are complete cowboys at best and scams/fraudulent at worst.

Don't make the same mistake that we did - don't use either!!

I urge caution

I was online looking at prices & immediately I came off the site I received a call to offer me discount. I felt it was a scam. I ignored the call and booked online. I regret doing so.
I had a bad feeling after the phone call and stupidly read the reviews after I booked, so as the booking included Cancellation Cover, I cancelled the booking.
To be fair, Initially online customer service were prompt and I eventually received a refund, however they charged me a £15 administration fee.
Having read Compare Parking Price terms & Conditions: Amendments and Cancellations it says " Cancellations are permitted, subject to a £15 administration fee, unless cancellation cover was purchased"
Cancellation Cover was included in the price I paid.
However, the line was impossible to hear the person on the phone and the company is no longer responding to my emails.
I will pursue this through Citizens advice and any channels necessary.
I would urge caution booking through this site.

We had to return 2 days earlier. As advised on the voucher from the provider we call them prior. They advised to call again on the day of the travel. We called at 10AM on the day of the arrival back to UK. Informed of arrival time of 10PM. The provided confirmed they will return the vehicle. On arrival to LHR we called the provider again, they said they will be at the terminal in an hour. After 50 mins we called again asking if they are about to arrive. This time they said that they will not and we will have to collect the vehicle as originally booked. We spent an hour with 1 year old waiting for them on terminal only to be then told they will not get there. Furthermore we had to track vehicle via app to get the vehicle. It was parked on a road, on a residents only bay, with PCN. It was driven by the provider other than for the journey from the terminal. And we are still to get the car key.

Had a terrible experience with the operator 'Tidy Airport Parking' Heathrow, that Compare the Parking web site gave a rating of 4.9 out 5.0 for. Below is my experience with Tidy Airport Parking. On investigation, my experience is not unique and Trust Pilot gives Tidy A. P. a rating of 3.2.
Tried to ask Compare The Parking why they rated them so highly, but you can't contact them as their customer support page does not work.

2 hour wait to be collected. Rang as instructed at 12.30 but didn't get picked up until 14.25. Rang the number to be collected in total 6 times, each time being told that I would be picked up in 5 to 10 minutes. Obviously all lies. On one of the final calls I was told that the driver had forgotten to pick us up. We were stood in freezing temperatures waiting. I was given an apology and offered some free parking to compensate, which is no value if you hardly ever fly from Heathrow. The company says they pick up every 15 to 30 minutes, this is just a lie from my experience. The fact that they want to pick you up from arrivals where the signs say 'no pickups' adds to the dodgy perception.
I was also concerned that when I arrived to leave my car the site was more like a scrapyard than a professional parking service.

Absolutely appalling service

Absolutely appalling service. There was no meet and greet when we arrived. We waited over 45 minutes for someone to collect our car. On our journey back we waited nearly 2 hours for our car to be returned and that only happened after numerous phone calls. The controller of the company was an extremely rude man who kept putting the phone down. DO NOT USE THiS COMPANY. I am going to contact Heathrow to ask them why they allow these people to operate at the airport. Do not trust their own web site reviews. They delete all the bad ones and it’s hard to believe the positive ones are real.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I advise you not to use this comparison site. The parking companies that are offered as approved services on this site are absolutely dreadful and should not be in business. It should be the job of comparison sites to vet the companies it promotes but this is obviously not the case here. I would not be surprised if this site and all the parking companies advertised within it are not operated by the same con men, offering an absolutely appalling service

Very disappointing experience with your…

Very disappointing experience with your airport car parking service.
When we returned, we had to wait more than 1 hour and 30 minutes to get our car back. During this time, the driver did not answer our calls, and even I called this number as well,and when he finally arrived, he was extremely rude and unprofessional.
What is even more concerning is that when we dropped off the car, it was not parked for nearly 2 hours, and it appears the driver was using our car during that time, which is completely unacceptable and a serious breach of trust.

AVOID this company!!!

Avoid this company. Comparetheparking claim to be a comparison website when in reality all the companies it suggests is owned by the same person.

My experience was extremely poor and stressful from start to finish.

Despite my booking clearly stating an off-site drop-off location, I was instructed at the last minute to drive to Stansted’s Orange Car Park instead. I was then told I had to pay £10 to enter the car park, a charge that was never disclosed during booking. The same thing happened on return, requiring another £10 to exit. These additional costs were not transparent or agreed in advance.

On my return journey, I waited over 1.5 hours in freezing conditions for my car, with no clear communication or reliable estimate of when it would arrive. When the car was finally returned, both the interior footwell and exterior were caked in mud.

I was also very uncomfortable at drop-off. The person collecting my car had no visible ID, and I was given no reassurance that they were insured to drive my vehicle.

This service lacked transparency, professionalism, and basic customer care. Between the undisclosed charges, excessive delays, poor communication, and the condition of my car, I would strongly advise others to avoid this company and look for a more reputable alternative.

Really poor experience

Really poor experience and boarder line criminal behaviour. Rest assured trading standards are going to be contacted and citizens advice. Headline parking cost £54. Them and extra £14 for airport charges to access the car park. Everyone in the shuttle had to pay £14. £69 in total. Not to mention the car park was on a private farm, huge pot holes / horse stables and no signage. Unfortunately you’re probably reading this once it’s too late.

Booked ahead. No phone numbers given worked. No staff. No spaces. Left, forced to pay for Long Stay Parking, when our easy arrival time became very tight.

Worst company ever!!! The advisor was very rude once I arrived he told me to wait 45 minutes then made me wait another 40 minutes. Absolutely shit do not book here!!! Poor service
