The glasses are good for the money
I need stronger for reading

Reading with the glasses is ok. but, looking at a distance is very blurred.
Gives me a headache on distance viewing.

These are far from what they advertised. Total waste of money.

Good communication, shipping was a little slow. Easy to order .

The first and most important reason for only three stars is that the glasses arrived broken. They were shipped wrapped in some thin paper in a very thin cardboard box which had been crushed at sometime during transit. One of the arms was cracked and bent at the hinge. Considering these came from China and took a couple of weeks to arrive I just tossed them out instead of trying to get a $10 refund. I did sort of hold the lenses up to my eyes and the glasses do seem that they would work as intended and I'd love to have been able to actually try them out but they were beyond repair.

The glasses are very bad.They make it appear that is been sent from usa, but if you want to return it it has to be sent to China.
They are just dropshippers.

I bought a bra. I really liked how it looked in the ad. But what they sent me was completely different. The quality is poor...and it doesn't fit me at all—the cut is uncomfortable. The company refused to send me a return label and offered a $2 refund. I paid £20 at the time of purchase. Don't use this company's products! Low quality and deceitful.

Rating 1 star only so I can write a review. Definitely company is a scam. Ordered an led board which I was led to believe coming within the US. Started getting tracking from Italy which was all fake. Never received item and after contacting company numerous times I was told it was delivered and I should check with my neighbors or look in my bushes around my house!! Got tired of trying to resolve issue and just took as a loss. Sooo buyer beware. Don't buy from this company!

Please do not order from them. I ordered LED boards and the website indicated thru would ship from the US. I ordered them well in advance in early Dec for Christmas gifts. Not only did they take over a month to arrive (shipped from Spain) but one of the items was clearly damaged or used so I couldn’t even give it as a gift. They did maintain good email communication about their shipments.

Product was advertised as Made in America, but tracking history started in the Netherlands. It stated fast shipping, but it took 30 days to get here and when it did the return address was Chicago. USPS tracking showed the package being mailed in Indianapolis 2 days prior to me receiving it.

Should allow zero stars. The item they shipped me is not even remotely close to the product I paid for. It doesn’t look the same, it’s completely scraped and scratched to hell so it’s unusable and it doesn’t light up like it’s supposed to. It’s very obvious bait and switch Chinese junk. Not to mention when I ordered they said it would take 6 to 10 business days to ship it took over a month to get to me. This company is a total scam it needs to be shut down.

Trying to return and get refund on misrepresented items that took a month to receive. Their support email will not let you send to it and I have no other way to contact them. Says they have a A+ rating with the BBB but I don't know how that can be. I think I have been scammed and will try to stop payment if it hasn't already been taken out of the account.

Ordered wrapping paper. Nearly a month out and still getting "your item has shipped" emails with no item received. Attempted to log in for the first time to my account and got a "your account has been locked, contact administrator" message. So that's cool...

I can't actually review the item because nearly 3 weeks and it's just now somewhere in the US. I certainly won't order anything from them again.

This company is outright deceptive and operates in a fraudulent manner. I ordered a product that was clearly advertised as the MA-38 model, complete with updated photos and the model number listed in my order confirmation. What I received, however, was (what I later learned to be) the older, outdated version — visibly different and with less functionality.

When I contacted customer service and sent clear documents and screeshots showing the discrepancies between what I ordered and what was delivered, they flatly denied any wrongdoing. They refused to replace or refund the item and kept insisting they had sent the correct product — even though the evidence said otherwise.

This wasn’t a misunderstanding; it was a deliberate bait-and-switch. The company showed zero integrity, zero accountability and zero customer service. Their entire process feels like a scam — luring customers in with false advertising and then refusing to make things right.

Save yourself the frustration and lost money. Avoid this seller at all costs.
