The representative listened to my issue/concern and confirmed the issue. He then proceeded to outline my options and ask me which I would be more comfortable with, and resolved it according to my wishes. Was very professional and pleasant. He was patient and courteous. I am pleased with the outcome.

I have used their Part 1 letters in the Automator. As you go through the process, if the creditor does not follow the legal process they are in federal violation, or not in compliance with section blah blah of the fair debt collection practices act already built in these letters. You have to follow CS guidelines to make it work but it makes the letter to the creditor very professional telling them they are in violation of federal law, sections, etc... And at these points we need all the help we can get as this is exhausting & very scary. Another bonus is using the online certified mail website to mail each letter. You now have backup, tracking & signatures for each letter when they pick it up. No driving to the post office only during business hours. When your done creating your letter you ship it online & they send it out as soon as they can w/ confirmation. If you personally try to check if the letter is picked up at post office I promise you its very hard to get anyone to answer the phone at a post office plus you end up going thru usps online & that does not always work. I've done it.

I had a glitch when my order was processing. I checked all online possible locations and nothing showed up. I then wrote an email about not receiving a message, a welcome or error message. I did not think I would get a response on a weekend night so I did not check my emails until Sunday night, and to my surprise I had several messages, one was an apology and it included the acceptance of my order processed, my welcome letter and login information. Oh yes, I am delighted and surprised. Excellent Customer Service. The representative Kristy evensent me a separate email regarding a refund on the way, I had actually paid twice or the system did it. I appreciate this kind of service because that gives me confidence that this is a great example of what I can expect during my new relationship with their organization. I am grateful and will totally recommend them to family and friends and acquaintances based on their great service exceeding my expectations. Way to go, I mean it from the bottomof my heart. I believe I willbe able to expect great results from my membership and purchase, plus they are 24/7/365.

Money Back Guarantee is NOT TRUE. I tried this service and didn't find it useful so cancelled my account. I never accessed the resources, however I was continually charged for months. When I got in touch, the recurring subscriptions were refunded but not the original payment that was supposed to have a money back guarantee on it.

I had an issue with my order, or so I thought, but come to find it was a classic case of user error and ADHD. I had bought this product over a year ago and, instead of charging my credit card a second time, I was refunded for the second purchase.

My call was answered in a timely fashion. I had no problems with my request, and when I stated I could not do something. She did not hesitate to help me out and fixed the problem quickly. I had a great experience, which made me comfortable and left me with no worries.

I had a problem with my bank rejecting the charge for my protection and resulted in my losing my acceptance. When I finally got the bank to clear the account it was too late, however, I called the CS number and explained the problem and, unlike so many co's, they reinstated my application, re-attempted the charge and approved my purchase.
