The whole process was great from start to finish the sales rep explained everything thoroughly the surveyor was very informative and the fitter john watts was great he went the extra mile to make sure everything fitted right very good quality door and workmanship

From start to finish everything was confirmed once the price was agreed, which was a little bit of a chore. The salesman, the surveyor and installer were great. Everything arranged to be installed the following week after I paid a deposit. I received an email detail the date and time when installation would begin, On the day, the installer turned up on time and did not stop working all day. Great job done by them. My Front door looks great I would not hesitate to recommend Crystal Windows to everyone even though they are a little expensive.

I have used Crystal Windows serval times on both houses just for window and doors in the past. I have recently used them for a roll up electric garage door. Terry is friendly, not pushy and understood what I needed. The whole process from start to finish was easy, quick and hassle free. Glen (I think that was his name) who fitted the door was really nice, friendly, efficient and tidy!!

I thought the quality of the work and the product delivered was absolutely flawless. The installers turned up when they said they would, installed our new front door, cleaned up after themselves, and were done in good time. The door itself was exactly as we ordered, and appears to be of a high quality.

This company lets itself down with their sales tactics. Their salesman initially quoted us over £9000 for a new front door. We then presented a quote from a rival firm for a third of their price, and suddenly Crystal could match that quote. Whilst they deliver a good product, they are absolutely out to fleece you for as much as humanly possible, and only come down when you tell them that your business is going to be going to a rival. I'd be rating this company 5 star if it wasn't for this practice.

We were getting a partially built porch completed with the roofing, doors, windows and a new fascia and guttering - the team coming to do the entire job we're prompt, respectful and tidy. Honestly couldn't have asked for a more perfect job!

I regret accepting the salesman`s quote without questioning it. Price for door is extremely high. Because of this price I would never recommend Crystal windows.
I am happy with my new door. The chap that fitted my door was very efficient & capable & left the house clean & tidy.

The window fitter arrived on time and was very polite,He was very efficient and worked really well even though it was raining.They also cleaned up any mess and explained everything they were doing.I would recommend them to anyone who needs new windows.Darren and Jack did a very thorough job

I highly recommend Crystal windows for their fantastic customer experience! Salesman explained all the options available both regarding windows and payments.
We have ordered a few times from them, and in the not too distant future will place another order.
A problem occurred with a unit, (which we had for a few years) after a phone call to explain the problem a replacement was fitted within a couple of weeks

Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable from sales all the way through to the fitters. One of the most important things was every time we called, they always answered or returned our calls straight away. The fitters were very professional the the finish was perfect.

Great experience from start to finish. The team from sales (Clive) to fitting and installation (Gary and Mason) were helpful and professional. The windows were fitted perfectly and the quality is so good. One of the glass accidentally broke during installation and the engineer (Jordan) came and fitted it as soon as it was convenient for me. The scaffolding was up and removed seamlessly. The team in the office were so helpful through the process. I have noticed a big difference with the heat retention and the quality is superb.

My new porch was completed in one day and rubbish taken away.

We was really happy with the service from start to finish. The sale rep accommodated a time that was suitable for us and when he arrived he was polite, explained all our options and we didn't feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. The surveyor was also polite, arrived on time and provided answers to all our questions. The fitters respected our home coving our carpets and wearing shoe covers as an addition to keeping them protected. They got on with the work, no bother, cleaned up after themselves and put everything back the way it was found. Overall, we was really impressed. My only issue was being called Mr and Mrs via their email communications when we are Mrs and Mrs which they were aware of. Taking the time to edit a standard template can go far in customer service.

We had a new roof fitted on our conservatory as the original one was dripping with condensation during cold weather. We had many quotes which we felt were exorbitant but when the rep came to discuss a new roof with us he was excellent. There wasn’t any pressure from him to go with Crystal and he explained everything. I’m sure he was glad to leave as my husband asked so many questions. The engineers who came to measure the roof were very good and when they fitted the new panels they did it in no time and totally cleaned up after their was work was finished. From the representative to the fitting of the panels was stress free. We now have a conservatory that we can use all year round. Thank you Crystal.

I have been in the Air conditioning business for over 50 years and the installation carried out by Bill is without doubt one of the best I have seen.
I would highly recommend Crystal to anyone who wants a good all round service right from sales,survey and installation.

I recently had my doors changed and I’m extremely pleased with the result. The work was carried out to a high standard, with great attention to detail. The team was professional, punctual, and tidy throughout the process. The new doors have really improved both the look and security of my home. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone looking for quality workmanship.

I like my new front door and accompanying window and door for the gas and electric meters a good choice. It's noticeably warmer when the heating is on in the corridor leading to the front door. The price for all this though was disappointing.
