Was pretty underwhelmed with the first drafts. There was nothing wrong with them, but it felt very much like the wording I had given was just being rearranged to sound a bit more professional.

However my write just stopped responding and I was locked out of my response form. When I requested support I got a very sassy response from their support, and then when I replied to them they also ghosted me.

I opened a second support ticket a week after not receiving a reply and my initial case was reopened, it's now been over a week since I have requested updates, some as simple as adding a certification section, and I have not heard a response.

Best case you get a mid CV, worst case you'll get a half finished CV and have to chase the up for weeks.

First draft of new CV delivered 18 February.
Applied for new role 17th March.
Final interview with CEO morning of 24 March.
Offer received and accepted early afternoon 24 March.

I used their service recently. What they supplied was terrible. Ai generated slop. When I questioned this, the writer (hiding behind an obvious fake name with no phone number) got very defensive and would not answer my questions.

What makes this worse is that I believe this is a scam. The reviews are fake. The images and names on their site are fake. Everything about this company is fake. Look at the review recently about how they own a website claiming to review companies but lie on there to.

They setup a "CV reviews" website leaving fictitious reviews on well-known companies and rate theirs as "the best"...Good ol' M. Gilmore!

This month, I'll be purchasing some of their services under someone else's name, and I'll be supplying feedback on my option (and that of the group of us who have led an invesigation into this scam going back many years!

We have reported this website to Trading Standards and the review site to Action Fraud. We'll be leaving multple revies until they remove the fake reviews.

Money grabbing. The company provided a super generic CV back that had been crafted by AI most likely ChatGPT. Very disappointed with the customer service when points of concerned were raised - the response was how did you know, so we can cover ourselves in the future?
