Ordered on 27th March.
Received no shipping info for weeks despite following up multiple times.
Received the "Label created by sender" notification from Australia Post on 27th April.
It's now 21st May and the shipping status has not updated and there's still been no response to communication.
I can understand delays and things happening, but the complete lack of communication is appalling.

Genuinely one of the worst customer experiences ever... no one replies wether on discord or on email. The discord is full of people who are not getting responses either... ordered one month ago and paid premium shipping and still nothing.... stay away from this site.

I purchased a mousepad and received a tracking number, which shows the shipment as delivered in Australia. However, I live in Austria. I’ve submitted a support ticket, but I haven’t received a response yet.

Was hoping to change the shipping address on an order as I had put in an old address. Emailed them multiple times minutes after ordering. I only got a reply after the package was delivered (6 days after I placed the order) and suddenly once it was delivered they're now replying within the hour. Keebzncables.com from now on, they have much better selection and customer service. Daily clack more like daily slack. Thanks Milan for the customer "service"

Bought GMK demonsword but left it sealed, a year later I had a board I wanted to mount it on so I finally decided to break the seal to find GMK forgot to include a 7u spacebar!

I contacted Dailyclack support not expecting much because the GB was so long ago, awhile later they're cleaning out their warehouse for a move and come across a 7u demonsword spacebar! they contacted me and sent it over without any fuss or hastle.

To anyone buying GMK, It's probably worth opening when it arrives or you may be left disappointed in the years to come.

One of the best if not the best place to buy hobbyist's mechanical keyboard stuff in Australia. The store is trustworthy, honest, and often offers steep discounts. I have been buying from them for number of years, totaling more than 30 orders. Service is prompt and reasonable. There's no better store for the hobby around. They also have reward program for every dollar you spend. Can't really fault them really. I'd recommend this store to anyone.

When I asked for a cancellation and refund for an item I paid for and reserved via PayPal, I was told that their PayPal account has been suspended and I cannot get a refund. I have an Australian bank account and I negotiated with them if they could transfer the same amount to it, but they refused to do so. The service is tantamount to a scam.
