Decibel wants to solve your problem.
When you speak with Decibel, you speak with engineers who know their stuff and want to help you with your problem. If you are willing to listen, they are willing to explain to you in technical detail how acoustics work, how their products work, and how your goals can be achieved. Other reviewers have mentioned that even if the solution lies outside their shop, Decibel will keep advising and helping you, and this has been my experience as well.
I recently installed MUTE System 63 in my home. The entire process from my initial call to the delivery was incredibly quick. While I had to wait a bit longer than what was originally expected for an installation crew, it was still acceptable.
The installation crew was professional and polite (not to mention, great taste in music). An unforeseen issue came up, but after an immediate consultation with headquarters, some brainstorming, and a couple extra hours of the crew's time, the installation was completed.
Now, the room is free from neighbor noise, when previously, even normal conversations were audible through the wall. I highly recommend Decibel's services.

I am very happy with the MUTE 63 panel…
I am very happy with the MUTE 63 panel which was installed on a difficult surface in between a wardrobe. So far it has been preventing any sound coming in from our neighbours and previously we could hear everything. Materials arrived on the day that the installation arrangement was planned and the installation went smooth.

I contacted the company regarding ways to isolate a camera from vibration whilst being transported by motorcycle. The help I received was outstanding, quite possibly the best customer service I’ve ever encountered. The help didn’t stop when it became clear there were none of the company’s products that could help my very specific requirements. Alex, the chap on the help chat (not an AI!) suggested materials options that may possibly work and provided me with appropriate links. If this is the extraordinary high standard of customer service I received as a non customer, to what heights would it reach for some who’s actually buying something?!?! Truly outstanding!

Your order (#6000001727) was placed on April 8th at 7:35 PM (our local time in Bulgaria). Our logistics team processed and shipped your order the very next morning, on April 9th. An automatic email confirmation with your DHL tracking number was also sent at that time.
Our standard order processing time is up to 5 business days, followed by an estimated shipping time of up to 5 business days, as stated in our policy. In your case, your order was dispatched in less than one business day, which means we could not have physically shipped your order any faster than we did.
Unfortunately, the shipment was held in customs between April 10th and April 14th due to the Easter holiday period in our country, including non-working days on April 10th and April 13th. Delays related to customs processing and national holidays are outside of our control.
According to the latest tracking information, your package is currently in transit and should be delivered within the next couple of days.

I bought Vibro-Ep Red for my hi-end speakers. I compare with my Isoacoustics Gaia III and it have the same influence. Because of the price which is a quarter from Gaia III, I highly recommend it. Delivery was really fast as well! I also tried it under a refrigerator which used to make same vibration noise and it became really silent in transmission of the vibrations in the floor. Guaranteed, I will repurchase from Decibel Shop in the future. Thanks!

Technical expertise is essential when implementing any project. I contacted Decibel Romania to support one of our clients, a university, in improving the acoustic performance of several rooms by reducing echo and enhancing overall sound comfort for students.

Acoustic textile panel at a dedicated home cinema room.
I selected decibel.shop for reconstruction of my dedicated home cinema room. I used the textile acoustic panels and extra rolls of acoustic textiles. The whole project took almost 6 months to finish due to complicated measurements (dedicated soundproofed room) and many kind of technicians involved (upholsterer etc). Everything went smoothly. Decibel.shop representative is very friendly and very supportive. First of all, he provided me a full floor plan with detailed info about the panels. Everything was packed and shipped very carefully and quickly. The result was excellent . The quality of the foam panels is excellent , I received exactly what I ordered. The installation of the panels was very easy (using Velcro) due to correct and precise cut of the panels based on the floor plan. I would recommend decibel.shop for their quality, knowledge and support in every step of the project.
