So far it has been preventing any sound coming in from our neighbours and previously we could hear everything. I contacted the company regarding ways to isolate a camera from vibration whilst being transported by motorcycle. The help I received was outstanding, quite possibly the best customer service I’ve ever encountered. The help didn’t stop when it became clear there were none of the company’s products that could help my very specific requirements. Alex, the chap on the help chat (not an AI!) suggested materials options that may possibly work and provided me with appropriate links. If this is the extraordinary high standard of customer service I received as a non customer, to what heights would it reach for some who’s actually buying something?!?! Truly outstanding!

Your order (#6000001727) was placed on April 8th at 7:35 PM (our local time in Bulgaria). Our logistics team processed and shipped your order the very next morning, on April 9th. An automatic email confirmation with your DHL tracking number was also sent at that time.
Our standard order processing time is up to 5 business days, followed by an estimated shipping time of up to 5 business days, as stated in our policy. In your case, your order was dispatched in less than one business day, which means we could not have physically shipped your order any faster than we did.
Unfortunately, the shipment was held in customs between April 10th and April 14th due to the Easter holiday period in our country, including non-working days on April 10th and April 13th. Delays related to customs processing and national holidays are outside of our control.
According to the latest tracking information, your package is currently in transit and should be delivered within the next couple of days.
We understand that waiting for a delivery can be frustrating, especially when international shipping is involved. Please rest assured that we processed and shipped your order as quickly as possible and did everything within our power to ensure a timely delivery.

Acoustic textile panel at a dedicated home cinema room.
I selected decibel.shop for reconstruction of my dedicated home cinema room. I used the textile acoustic panels and extra rolls of acoustic textiles. The whole project took almost 6 months to finish due to complicated measurements (dedicated soundproofed room) and many kind of technicians involved (upholsterer etc). Everything went smoothly. Decibel.shop representative is very friendly and very supportive. First of all, he provided me a full floor plan with detailed info about the panels. Everything was packed and shipped very carefully and quickly. The result was excellent . The quality of the foam panels is excellent , I received exactly what I ordered. The installation of the panels was very easy (using Velcro) due to correct and precise cut of the panels based on the floor plan. I would recommend decibel.shop for their quality, knowledge and support in every step of the project.

Despite my order was very small, the attention, personal approach and the service quality I received were unbelievable.
