I use DeeMoney for quite some time…
I use DeeMoney for quite some time since they firstly launched, compare to old version, now is great improvement, but still has much room for further improvement, especially the consistency of timeline. When transfer larger amount always got delay, i also not understand the logic. I transfer multiple times to my own account in hong kong every month, sometimes same days sometimes got delays. Consistency is important, when i need the money urgently i rather pay higher fee and a bit unfavourable fx rate to choose some local Thai banks, they are very consistent in the SLA.

I resisted for international transfers and the service was really quick. Registration and verification was easy and convenient. Thank a lot Sarah, she guided me and responded swiftly to set up my account.

Unless we do transaction very late on the day then next day is explainable......

DeeMoney backsliding into old service levels?
Look at the reviews from 2024 (Reddit for example); so bad that DeeMoney 'relaunched' with assurances of improved service. I began using them again last year and, until recently, all was well. Now, it appears that those old, poor, service levels are returning with unexplained delays, problems with 'overseas partners' and little action from customer service.
