DeeMoney is very useful, convenience and it's easy to use. If you need assistance from their agent thru LINE apps they will immediately reply and accommodate you.

Easy to see what they are doing. They are playing the changing exchange rates to make additional money. Hold on to the cash for 2 to 3 weeks. If the exchange rate changes in their favor, they send the transfer and make a lot of extra money. If the exchange rate moves against them, they simply cancel the transaction return the money and they lose nothing. In the meantime, they are earning interest on the held money.
WARNING!! This company is run by deceivers who lie to you and hold on to your money for up to 3 weeks while they blame their so-called "partners" for the delays. What they are doing is actually criminal and illegal disguise as a money "service". I had used them for the past couple years with varying results, however in the last 6 months it's clear that they are lying to their customers with the same story over and over again. A few months ago, they told me that my transfer would arrive in the United States within two days. What ended up happening is, they hijacked my money for over 3 weeks and blamed it on one of their "partners". I made the mistake of using them again last week, simply because my other avenue was not available. I specifically called their office to make sure that there would not be an issue, and I was guaranteed by their customer service that the transfer would arrive within 2 days. It is now been 10 days, and three of their customer service reps on three different occasions told me that they would call me back the same day. Not one of them ever called me back or gave me an update. I finally spent hours tracking down one of their supposed branch managers who flat out lied to me, and then when I called her out on it denied ever saying what she had told me. These people are deceiving their customers and holding on to their money in order to make more money. It's a common money scam and I will never use them again. BEWARE!
This service USED TO BE GOOD, but something happened in 2024 and they are unable to make transfers and take your money and lucky they returned it after 2 weeks. I will never use them again!
Received an email stating the old problems have been fixed and can use the code "Apologies" to send a transfer without fees ... Well the problem is still not fixed , 12 days now since I sent funds and it still has not been received.
These guys are truely "Hopeless"
I received an email that they fixed their transfer issue, so I tried with small amounts of 2x 10.000 bht, which were completed within 2-4 days. So far so good, so I tried a bigger amount of 40.000 bht and this was again disappointing and took 2 weeks and was only completed after I complained about the issue. Unfortunately nothing changed.
I am a repeat customer of DeeMoney since few months ago. The first few experiences was okay, it took 2-3 days until the money reached the recipients and the customer service was good.
Last month I used their service again and I got worried because it took longer, then I checked the recent google reviews and all of them were bad. This time the customer service was not good (lack of communication skills & problem solving). The money reached out to the recipient couple of days later.
Just now, I tried their service again and because the amount was not big, I was a bit relax about it. What surprised me though, the money reached the recipient at the same day!! I notice that they change their partner in that country so perhaps that's why.
I just hope that the performance is consistent and they gain the trust back from other customers.

Deemoney cancelled my transaction after 2 weeks. Now this is 7 weeks ago and I still did not get the refund. They told me today that approximately at the 1.11.they will pay back the money. If not, I will give the case to a lawyer.
Don't use this money transfer service with this company.
Thursday 17th Oct 2024 - I used the service from this company for the first time by transferring the money to UK on the app. I checked the website, app, YouTube video and chat with customer service. It sounded genuine but I didn't check the review from this company which is quite stupid of me.
Friday 18th Oct 2024 - I expected to get the money by this day because I would like to use the funds as soon as possible but it was not there. I chatted to customer service on LINE app and they said I should get the money by Monday.
Monday 21st Oct 2024 - Money was still not there and I was waiting until the late night.
Tuesday 22nd Oct 2024 - I checked all the reviews from this company on Google, Trustpilot Reddit and Facebook etc. and I was quite shocked that there are a lot of people who made the same bad experience in the last 3 months. I called and chatted with customer service and they said no worries, I should get my money from Thursday because Wednesday was bank holiday.
Wednesday 23rd Oct 2024 - I read most reviews and many reviewers suggested to visit the office to get money back.
Thursday 23rd Oct 2024 - Money was still not delivered. I asked my brother to visit the branch in Nana to ask for the status and a refund. One of the staff said I would get the money delivered definitely on Friday. So I asked them to get this in writing by email.
Friday 24th Oct 2024 - I called them again because the money was still not there. They said I should get it in the evening. I sent them the chat and email again as a last warning. And finally, the money arrived in my UK account.
I was stressed the whole week because I am in need of the fund. I was so scared that I would lose my money because it was quite a lot for me. I think they have financial difficulties and try to delay transactions.
I would recommend to not use Dee Money as many other customers have been waiting for months. I wish everyone good luck for either getting the money transferred or refunded.🤞

Confirming what has been already mentioned below. They cancelled my transaction after 2 week and after asking them what is going on they have sent me an email that I will get the refund in 14 days, after 14 days I have asked again where is the money and they replied that I will get the money in additional 15 days.
So not really sure when I will get the,money back.
So question here, is there any official movement against them initiated where we all can join?
Same here, have been 2 months since I transferred and got cancelled and also still no money back after more than 2 weeks.
On 27th September I received the notification that my transfer was cancelled for unexpected reason. After 15days still not received my money back!

Tries to transfer 35 thousand baht to Germany on the 20th September, after 1 week it was canceled due to provider problem without telling me, now nearly 1 month and I still have not gotten my money back, daily calls seem to have no impact at all..

Terrible customer service.
They simply do not respond at all to multiple emails and Line messages.
Moreover, they keep your money for 10 days before sending it to the recipient.
I tried to transfer money B20k to the UK on the 20th September but they said they had a problem with the transfer and so they would return the money to my Thai bank account. They said on the 27th September it would take a maximum of 14 days but should only take 5-7 days. It is now 19 days and I still have not had the money refunded to me. This company is not to be trusted and seems just like a scam.
Dee Money, at one time, was a good service. Then, it started getting slower and slower. I sent money from Thailand to USA on September 5. The app always said "processing". On September 30, Dee Money "cancelled" the transaction, WITHOUT notifying me. I have sent a daily email and texts wanting my money back, along with dividends and credit card late-fee reimbursements. Still no word back after TWO WEEKS of asking for MY MONEY!
