It has been over a month since I sent them just over £250 to go to my U.K. account.
They tried blaming other "partners". They have done this before but made the mistake of copy & pasting the generic response but forgetting to change the name of the country the money was supposed to go to. This made me even more suspicions that this is a lie.
Tried emailing but my emails either get ignored or get some generic nonsense customer service response.
To other reviewers, do you have legal advice you could offer? At what point is it appropriate to get lawyers involved? Is a month long enough for it to be a legal issue?

The transaction is in "process" for almost a week and no response. They don't really solve the problem and blame on technical problems with partner. Why spend so much money advertising if their service cannot handle the transactions. I truly hope that it gets to the destination. I don't want to have to go to my bank and claim fraud, which I will if it doesn't transfer within the next week or so.
It takes weeks to process transactions, They couldn't give any particular ETA. Mine started two weeks back and it's still ongoing. Never gonna use them ever again.
Terrible, hold customer fund for over a weeks every transfer, customer service says is partner’s system problem, but this happens almost every month. I suspect they hold fund to invest, Bank of Thailand should investigate this company if they do illegal things.
I thought maybe I will try again as the company replied to my complaint with apology. But I have been let down once again (4th time in a row now). I did a transaction on 19th August to send money to India, and it still says processing today on 31st August. Now they have stopped answering my messages on line too.
My mistake for giving them a chance again.But I will never use their services again for sure after this.
I given cancellations request on Aug 20.still my money not returned.

Good at first now become a joke. Delays and the same partner excuses.
Looks like this company is bust. Do yourself a favor and stay away from it. Waiting for transfer to be completed for weeks without any progress.
The money is stuck for 3 weeks and customer service is really bad. I advise to stay away from this app and use something else.

Deemoney take the money and don't transfer as they advertise for 1 day but 1 month and they don't even allow to cancel as requested. What kind of fraud is this??? support line is there just to reply the same thing but I won't blame them but the CEO who seem careless of the customer problem. Don't be full with their promotion or marketing campaign which they seem to try to get a new customer who still innocent that don't know their money will be delay. What a shame. Never again.
I’m having Same problem as everyone else looks like Dee Money is going under I sent $200 a month ago and $125 a week later and just getting the same excuses as everyone else in this group claiming it’s local partners fault. Considering so many people now experiencing the same, considering the same default response they are copying and pasting considering their trust rating has gone through the ground I’d say this company is trouble and customers maybe at risk of losing their money
I have the same problem as everybody else recently. Waiting for a transfer to Spain sent on 5th August. It is still processing and they blame “their partners”.

Unreliable company. Full of excuses for why my Thailand to UK bank transfer (04ED922B) is still in a 'processing' status since the 15th of August. Unable to give a date for the completion of the transfer and also unwilling to discuss returning my money back to me. Something odd is going on with this company and they need to be reported to the regulatory authorities. Something I intend to look into myself.

I have been transfering money with DeeMoney to my UK bank account for many years but in the past 6 months they have become more and more unreliable.
Latest transfer to DeeMoney was on 6th August, as of 23rd August the money is yet to be transferred.
Everytime I contact them on line, they just give me the they have escalated to their partners.
I don't believe I will return to this app again anytime soon. They have become basically useless and just hold your money for no real reason but to blame their partners.

Unfortunately I have to agree with the other latest posts. Waiting for my money to get into my European account since August 8th. They're blaming their mysterious "European Partner". I have to say that they were working very fast and efficiently the last years (no matter the exchange rate) and maybe have cash flow problems at the moment. Anyway, I'll have to find another solution for my transfers.

Made a test transfer before sending $12,000 and the test transfer status is "processing" for multiple days. Customer care service does not seem to care as well.

Initiate transaction on 5th of August and till date still waiting for the transaction to be completed.
Support don't have any satisfactory answer. After 3 or 4 emails they reply
"First of all, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience you are facing right now, we do understand and acknowledge the importance of your transaction and we are trying our best to solve this issue for your benefit.
As you know we are currently facing some technical issues from our partner side which has caused an unusual delay in your transaction. However, we have escalated it to the highest level and have been informed that the issue will be fixed soon.
We sincerely hope that we will be back with an update that will be to your satisfaction very soon, again we would like to apologize for the trouble you are going through, and Thank you for your patience and kindness."
That's it. They know the importance of transaction but they don't care.

The only reason I’m giving 1 star is because there’s no option for 0 zero star rating. I’ve transferred the money on 1st of August it’s now 16 days and the money has not reached the beneficiary. Everytime I contact the customer service they come up with these BEAUTIFUL excuses, we are facing technical issue from our partners WOW! We’re living in 21st century and DeeMoney can’t even fix a minor TECHNICAL ISSUE. Never using this sh!t service
