Dormio is heel goed in het aanbieden van vakantie verblijven. Wat we als minder hebben ervaren is:
-geen duidelijke antwoorden krijgen op de simpele vraag is er een lift aanwezig.-telefonisch boeken; een medewerker geeft aan dat we kunnen aangeven dat we een dicht balkon willen i.v.m. ons hondje, want daar houden wij rekening mee. Vervolgens krijgen we een medewerker van de reserveringen en die zegt dan dat ze niet kan zeggen op welke verdieping we komen te zitten en of het balkon wel of niet een gesloten omheining zal hebben. Antwword kunnen we wel rekening mee houden, maar dan kost het u 150,00 euro. Dit omdat het een voorkeur betreft. Bij het online boeken krijg je die mogelijkheid helemaal niet. Beetje raar en vaag allemaal.
Moeten nog met vakantie, dus hoe het in de praktijk zal zijn....?

Graag lichten we een aantal punten toe. Alle Comfort Appartementen in Maastricht zijn, zoals ook vermeld op onze website, standaard bereikbaar via een lift.
Wat betreft uw voorkeur voor een appartement met een gesloten balkon: bij Dormio Maastricht kunnen voorkeuren uitsluitend via onze reserveringsafdeling worden toegevoegd. Dit is inderdaad niet mogelijk via het online boekingsproces.
In onze algemene voorwaarden staat beschreven hoe wij omgaan met voorkeuren. Tijdens het hoogseizoen is de vraag naar specifieke voorkeuren erg groot. Het kost onze medewerkers veel tijd en gepuzzel om dit goed in te passen in het planningssysteem. Vandaar dat hier voorkeurskosten aan verbonden zijn.
We hopen dat uw verblijf verder geheel naar wens verloopt.

Reserveren is een peuleschil
Na Dormio telefonisch een vraag gesteld te hebben of iets mogelijk was mbt reserveren, was het reserveren een simpele handeling. Je wordt gemakkelijk door het proces geleid.

Dormio is a great resort with nice buildings and good maintained premises. Maastricht and golfcourse a very near.

Mooi park met mooie huisjes en de…
Mooi park met mooie huisjes en de inrichting was fraai. In de omgeving is veel te ondernemen. Bedden wat aan de zachte kant, maar voor ons niet te zacht. Op de kamers voldoende kasten voor kleding ed.
Wel vreemd: als je 1 nacht verblijft krijg je 1 handdoekenpakket p.p. Als je er 11 verblijf krijgt je ook maar 1 pakket (?)
Wij verbleven in een week met temperaturen van 35+. Dan is het huisje erg warm en bijzonder lastig om de hitte uit het huisje te krijgen.

Wel boeken, echter nog niet betalen.
Boeken ging vlot. Omdat we op korte termijn op vakantie zouden gaan, werden we meteen door gestuurd naar betaal mogelijkheid.
Dat lukte niet. Dus verwarring bij ons.
Later bleek dat we eerst een bevestiging moesten krijgen waar ook de factuur bij zat.
Eind goed al goed!!

Top locatie
Mooi en ruim huisje. Prachtige locatie en een goed onderhouden. Verschillende activiteiten op het park, maar ook in de omgeving. Taxi service naar de stad is geweldig.

Ho richiesto via mail la vostra miglior offerta. Solo dopo 4 giorni ho ricevuto risposta da una vostra collaboratrice commerciale. L'offerta era interessante ma dopo 2 giorni mi ha scritto una collaboratrice (diversa dalla prima) che mi detto che l'offerta non era più valida e mi ha aggiornato l'offerta (+30%). Sono andato sul sito e ho prenotato.
