The parts were incorrect even after I gave all the part numbers and dimensions to the individual who assured me that they were correct. So now I just wasted $35.

Received my part on Monday not next day Day Saturday the 25th as was shown when I placed the order.
Part worked great and arrived in good condition just could not have truck out and running Monday as I hoped when paid the extra for next day delivery and waited around the shop all day for it's arrival.
Price of the product was excellent and I would other use Drivetrain America again just would be cautious of trusting delivery timing.

Needed the part ASAP, and it was immediately sent out overnight.

Ordered my seal for overnight, show's up two days later. If I had known this I would have it shipped two day. This seal was critical to our operation. Sent an email to sales to see about refunding me the difference and all I got was an automated reply. If you order something overnight, it should be showing up the next day. Poor service at best

The price was great. The part is exactly what I needed. We paid for overnight freight, yet the package arrived two days after placing the order. We reached out to Drivetrain America via email to request a shipping refund. Adam S. @ Drivetrain America stated the shipping times are only "estimates" and the courier I chose does not reimburse for shipping delays. No apologies were given, and no other assistance was offered. It's unfortunate the service after the sale was this lacking. It sheds a poor light on what is I would hope is an otherwise great company.

They sent the gaskets. I don't know how they stay afloat. The prices were just to dang good.
