We visited the Kettering store today to discuss options for a new bathroom. We met with Dan who was so helpful and patient with us. He offered creative solutions to our annoying bathroom dimensions. He was so nice and personable and did not feel pressured in anyway to go with a particular item. Thank you :)

The sales team at the Swindon showroom were all very helpful and knowledgeable. We ordered a walk in shower and shower tray with their assistance and the whole process was very easy. We actually ordered the wrong tray and the sales team rang and explained and ordered the correct tray for us. We also had an issue fitting the glass door but we called into the showroom and they rang one of their technical advisors who explained the fittings to us and we were able to fit the glass door successfully. Thank you to all.

the company had a tile we liked, it was slightly over our budget probably because of the delivery charge that was in my eyes quite expensive @ £70.

The showroom is very nice. we were greeted by a gentleman at the first desk who guided us to the tiles. that was Scott who later took our sale. he was very helpful.

Should not give material to contractors who do not complete their job,and then I have to pay for more materials to complete the job myself.

We bought a black matt bathroom set from them which seemed okay but very easily marks even when just wiped with a damp cloth before 12 months the toilet top had to be replaced. We bought all black taps etc big mistake with 6 months all the black was coming off We did get replacements for the plugs but they have started coming off again. The taps are the same, they have a great sales pitch and the items look great but not great quality 2 years down bathroom looking very shabby but now put of warranty so suck with patches of chrome, rust on taps and plugs.

In store I felt that we had a good service but when I was having the sink fitted we found out that we were sold the wrong sink waste fitting as the sink didn’t have a overflow which meant I had to drive a 50 mile round trip to pick up and pay a little extra to collect the correct one . This meant I had a larger bill from the plumber as I had to pay for a return is it plus his travel. When I went back to store to collect the correct one I was told it was a easy mistake to make as it was only 5 different one that need this particular one. I was very disappointed that it was myself who incurred the extra cost due to a mistake made by staff in the store and that they won’t make it again but it was myself that was out of pocket.

I would urge anyone considering using Easy Bathrooms for installation to think carefully about the level of service they may receive if things go wrong.

Our bathroom installation took approximately six times longer than originally quoted, and our bathing facilities were unusable for 14 days, causing significant disruption to our household.

There were also a number of problems with the installation itself, including a severe plumbing leak that caused damage to our property (water came through into the kitchen ceiling below) and incomplete and unsatisfactory work. We had also paid for a project management service, but in our experience this was not provided in any meaningful way.

Unfortunately, the problems did not end when the installation was supposedly completed. We have had to spend a considerable amount of time pursuing formal complaints and chasing outstanding issues and documentation, including installation/safety certificates and confirmation of the workmanship guarantee.

We also experienced frustration with the way our complaints were handled. There were two separate issues arising at different stages of the project, yet Easy Bathrooms attempted to combine them when considering the financial resolution. We have had to repeatedly explain that these were separate matters arising from separate circumstances.

What should have been an exciting bathroom renovation has instead resulted in considerable disruption, additional stress and a significant amount of time spent chasing Easy Bathrooms to address problems.

I appreciate that issues can occasionally arise with any installation project. However, it is the combination of the lengthy delay, loss of use of the bathroom, property damage, poor workmanship, lack of meaningful project management and subsequent complaint handling that has made this such a disappointing experience.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS and take your money elsewhere

Lovely, friendly staff on hand to help. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was displayed neat and tidy and well organised. Would highly recommend

Shocking customer service. It took 4 different agents to swap a toilet to a different toilet, only for them to charge me for an additional toilet and deliver 3 toilets instead of 1!! Then wouldn’t refund me until the stock was back on their site, even though it wasn’t my problem. Quality is average at best, I gave up with complaining about the scuffs on my bath too

I recently purchased bathroom products from Easy Bathrooms and was extremely happy with the whole experience. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and took the time to understand my requirements without applying any sales pressure. The showroom had a wide range of products making it easy to find what I was looking for.
The quality of the items supplied are very good , and delivery was well-organised. Communication throughout the process was clear and any questions I had were answered quickly.
Overall, Easy Bathrooms provided good customer service, value for money, and high-quality products. I would recommend them to anyone planning a bathroom renovation and would use them again..

4 weeks to complete. Installers sick, wrong items ordered, wrong items delivered twice! Wrong items installed. Compensation promised but nothing heard from the project manager after signing it off after it was finally acceptable and correct. Left without a bath or shower for 4 weeks with 7 people in the house is a challenge. Wouldn’t recommend from our experience I could have project managed the job and done it quicker and saved a couple of thousand. For the size of the company you would think they would be organised, efficient and be able to manage jobs to get them over the line in time regardless of issues. I’d of accepted a day or two but double the installation time was nothing short of unacceptable. 6+weeks waiting for this so called compensation for the stress and inconvenience.

Just purchased a new bathroom suite from the Durham south branch, Scott helped us out throughout the full process going above and beyond no matter how picky I was being haha can’t thank him enough for his time!

Do not buy from Easy Bathrooms, save your sanity and go elsewhere. The bath didnt arrive and they kept assuring me it was out for delivery each day so i kept the plumber booked for the saturday, nothing arrived, Matt at their Chichester branch was pathetic, he promised that he would let me know the progress and didnt call me once, i eventually called head office myself. The whole process from the shop to their customer service was lie after lie, they just dont care. Save yourself the hassle and go and buy from a reputable seller.

Installation started 6 months plus ago, over 5 months without shower due to poor fitment. Took 3 months to rectify that. Still waiting for extractor fan and lights to be rectified and working again due to incorrect fitting.
Spent over £1000 on solicitors fees to no avail.
Warranty do not return calls, an absolute appaling waste of money and terrible customer service from both the Peterborough branch and warranty office.

Great products and service. Very friendly and helpful

I didn't get the tiles I thought I had ordered. For my new shower room The information next to the display was incorrect. My husband died during the process of delivery and application of tiles. When I informed Easy bathrooms about the mis order at first they offered £50 gesture of god will then £75 then when I complained £100. Why al the haggling? I said from initial contact I would accept £100. So I'm not too impressed by Easy bathrooms

My mum and I had such a great experience purchasing with Easy Bathrooms our 1st time. Oscar was hugely helpful in assisting us with the design of our bathroom and helped us choose products to our spec. The visit was prompt, efficient and very smooth. So much so.... that we came back for further orders for our 2nd bathroom. The team helped from choosing tiles, arranging delivery, addressing any email queries and ensuring all correct parts were received timely. Really pleased with the staff and service here.
