EPHG offer an emergency electrician, plumber, heating engineer that is gas safe. Our business model is to firstly give our clients the best experience in there time of need and to raise the quality of service being given by trying to make contractors do a better job. EPHG currently have over 60,000 clients, 8 staff taking the calls and hundreds of contractors being a national company covering an estimated area of 98%. Even though our terms and rates are available online, we verbally explain the rates, take a deposit, ask our clients to reply to a text or an email in writing to confirm the agreement including rates over the phone before we start the work. If we don't get a written agreement, our clients can ask for the payment to be voided the same day or a refund any other day. Our aim is to raise the quality of service in many individuals with highly trained staff by trying to make sure you don't full prey to potential crooks or unprofessional trades.

Had a leak in my water tank called EPHG within the 90 mins plumber arrived within 30 min he knew the issue and within 24 hours (as needed a part being sorted) everything was fixed! Plumber was brilliant and service was great!

Great service from start to finish
Called on Saturday as we had a dire emergency, called other so called 24 hour plumbers but no answer. Called these and got an answer straight away and was explained the costs and how long someone will be out, the plumber arrived in the time given and quickly found the route of our leak. The plumber was very clean and tidy would highly recommend.

Great service, called for an emergency plumber and Anthony arrived within 90 mins and sorted the issue. Very reasonably priced especially for emergency call out

Great service. Costs explained right at the outset. A bit more expensive than others but you pay for service these days.
Plumber came out within 12 hours. I was given a time window which was adhered to.

Quick, impressive service
I needed an urgent callout on a Friday night for a major leak. Very quick response time and overall a very smooth and efficient process. Engineer Anthony was knowledgeable and got straight to identifying the leak source with no wasted time and was able to perform a fix that solved the immediate problem. He also took pains to explain exactly what he was doing and why which I appreciated, especially when having to relay details to my landlord.

Fast, helpful and did an excellent job
I had not used this company before but when you get a burst pipe, you need help fast. And this is exactly what I got. Plumber arrived within the 2 hour promise and went straight to work. Nice guy, did a great job. Highly recommend.

Call them out for an emergency job. The price was very reasonable, considering it was midnight on a Saturday. The job was completed with efficiency and speed. We were both very happy with the service and the plumber was very friendly, professional and left the place and the wall clean and back to normal.

Fast service!
The service was very quick, managed to get an electrician to come two hours after the call, bearing in mind it was late in the evening! The electrician managed to get it fixed a lot quicker than expected.

Electrical issue at holiday home. Super fast response from Ben & really helpful electrician, Keith, did speedy assessment then got everything sorted within the day. Holiday saved. Call out charges & hourly rates as it’s 24hr/rapid response all clearly laid out before hand & reasonable.

Great service all round.
Had a major problem with a leaky pipe so had to turn off the water early in the morning of the Jubilee Bank Holiday Friday. Rang and a most excellent emergency plumber was with me in just two hours, an hour later problem solved and water supply could be restored. Very pleased with the service all round

Toilet not flushing
