Managed to resolve the issue when there was a delivery problem which didn’t not arrive within the time frame the website specifically states.

Super that you do replacement clips for when they break! Shame they break so quickly and easily that you have to keep replacing them!
The carrier never arrived. After making the complaint and you explaining me that were delays in uk, you offered a refund and I agreed. It took you 3 weeks and 2 emails to refund me. a horrible service for such an amazing product
Delivery driver did not review instructions to leave order with neighbours and item was returned to Ergobaby
Shocking service. I placed an order, heard nothing for over a week so I emailed to ask for an update as their delivery terms were 3-5 working days which had passed. I got a response to say that the items were at customs in the UK and should be delivered soon. Another 3 days went by and I then received another email to say that the items were being returned by customs and I’d have to wait another 4 days before they would re-send the order. If I hadn’t of emailed to query my order, I genuinely don’t think I’d have had an update about delivery or it being returned. You pay a premium for this brand and if you order direct from the website and not a third party, I expect better communication and delivery.
What made my experience great was the customer service representative who was very understanding of my situation and helped me out accordingly.
Absolute disgrace of a company! We order a baby carrier and it's been almost 3 weeks now with no tracking or shipment info provided to us at all. But they are very quick to get the money of course!
We have an influential social media channel where we review baby products and will NEVER review an ergobaby product again and will WARN our followers to never buy from them again.

We had a such a great experience with Ergo baby. We love our Adapt model in Olive
Delivery took longer than stated and nearly did not arrive in time for our holiday. A tracking number was never sent and I had to chase it up. When arrived the hood was a different colour to what was ordered and also bent. I have emailed to complain and I am still waiting for the issue to be resolved.
Amazing products just as I expected. My son loves his bouncer and my daughter loves the stroller (6 months & 2.5 years). Very good quality materials made to last very impressed

Reassuring from the website that the foot muff would fit the Ergobaby Metro as it was a gift and was delivered in days, well packed. It is nicely made with thought for possible dirty shoes and water repellent fabric.
More than a foot muff - good length upwards with a draught excluding hood effect round toddler’s head well as a good length. As soon as he sits in, he falls asleep as it’s so cosy but easily opened with zip for inside hot shops.
Can fold the buggy without removing the muff.
I bought premium cotton carrier which is fine. The delivery takes ages to arrive. Poor service.

Ich hatte mehrere bestellt um zu schauen, welche am besten passt. Für so viel Geld erwarte ich auch dementsprechend einen Kundenservice, der sich schneller um eine Lösung kümmert!
The products are good, but the delivery experience was awful. The delivery person left the packages in the hall of the building instead of at our front door, even though both my husband and I were home. I discovered the boxes with my name on them by surprise when I was leaving for dinner in the evening. I wasn't even expecting the items that day and had not been informed that they had been delivered. Anyone could have taken them, and I would have never known.
10 out of 10 I tried three different carriers and this is by far the most comfortable and supportive. I hate the logo right front and center but that is a small thing compared to how well this carrier works.
