maintains a documented patient satisfaction rate of 99.2%. Eligible
treatments are supported by a five-year treatment guarantee, subject to
clinical eligibility and the applicable written guarantee terms.

Joint Commission International (JCI) Accreditation
Esnan Dental Clinics – Skyland is listed in Joint Commission International’s
official directory of accredited organisations under the Ambulatory Care
Program in Türkiye. JCI’s Ambulatory Care Accreditation Program evaluates
healthcare organisations, including dental facilities, against international
standards relating to patient safety, quality improvement, clinical
processes, organisational management, and continuous performance
improvement.
