Look nice up. On fitting there is no instructions on adjusting the motors. The gauge of steel they are made from is too light, they twist which causes problems. The transport packaging dented the light gauge steel on the end. The connecting straps popped off so I had to take to bits to fix.

Great shutters, easy to fit, service first class

Had a major problem with a belting westerly combined with rain saturating my exterior door and flooding my laundry. Gave ezy fit the measurements and the colour the shutter arrived at my door by courier without a hitch.I managed to follow instructions but changed it slightly so that i was able to mount it upon cedar cladding by myself by re-arranging the step by step instructions.(normally require two people) I put the guides on first over the cladding and than I lifted the pelmet placing it into the guides (tip, vaseline the legs of the pelmet that fit into the guides so they basically slide in no friction) than secured the pelmet onto the cedar cladding eliminating the need for two people.There is a catch make sure you a accurate when you measure the width of the pelmet in relation to where you secure the guides onto the wall (that is if you have no one to help you) or if you have a second person than just follow the instructions. By the way problem solved no more leaks not even a drop and the exterior door that i thought needed replacing looks like new now that its protected from the howling south/westerly rain. A problem that I thought could not be solved has now been completely fixed. Best investment I ever made.Operating mechanism in this unit incorporates a 12 volt motor that is quiet and smooth.If your not a person who is ok with doing handy man jobs you will most likely need some help/guidance to install shutter.

2 weeks late, difficult to assemble the cover over motor, no plug on motor lead meant I had to get an electrician in-extra cost for nothing-stupid

I ordered only one just to see what it was like, fitted perfectly and easy to install. Top screws for pelmet box impossible to get to even with shutter down. Still will be ordering more for other windows. Great service and fast delivery. Thanks.

Great product, great price, excellent customer service. We have Ezy-Fit shutters on all our windows now and they're fantastic for thermal insulation (and some acoustic) and controlling light. We lower them when we go away - the ones facing the street have timers to look like we're still at home. Highly recommend.
