Great service went in not knowing much about life jackets came out with one that fits like its made for me. The owner helped me choose spoke of options clearly knew what he was taking about would recomend giving them a call if you need anything. Great shop.

no measurements, no customer service at all
There were no measurements on the link for the helmets. I emailed to request this information and got no reply. After a couple of weeks I ordered 2 helmets to try and return one. I emailed again to clarify the returns address…… guess what? No reply ! I was looking at PFD’s from this site but will not bother buying one from here

Sorry that the size guide wasn't showing on the website. We are continuously working to improve our website but as it's just the two of us it does take some time to get through. December was a particularly busy month for us and we struggled to keep up, we are in the process of hiring an extra set of hands to help us stay on top of enquiries whilst we are serving customers in the shop. We appreciate your feedback and it is helping us to make improvements for 2026!

I’m not very happy with the customer…
I’m not very happy with the customer service. I purchased a life vest, and the price was reduced before it even arrived at my home. I called and emailed Flow Kayak on December 7th and spoke with Jake by phone. He asked me to email Flow Kayak and said he would look into the issue. I have now waited seven days and have not heard back from either Jake or Flow Kayak.
