After an address snafu when I didn’t receive my anticipated hair product I heard from Marie. She knew the whole story, contacted me and set things right. I say Kudos to Marie. I really do appreciate her help.

Darwin did a great job on my order cancellation! It was quick and very efficient!

Flownbeauty support was easy to work concerning a product that I did not order that was included in my original order. They were courteous and eager to rectify this problem for me.

I give 5 stars because in the end Aaron helped me get a decent refund and I kept the product. The product doesn’t work for me and I plan to donate it to a girls club. I will say, it took a few emails, photos and patience to reach a satisfactory conclusion, but in the end Aaron got it done.🍕😉

Claire and Zywere very expedient in responding. Just received product yesterday so I have worked with it very little. It does appear that the bristles on the Gobrush could be improved to be more like a regular hairbrush. Gobrush heats very fast.

WHAT IS NUMOYA TRYING TO HIDE. still awaiting reply!!! See previous unanswered posts. Why do they refuse replace or refund faulty and dangerous electrical items after 30 days. I will keep posting until they reply. As per my previous posts, I am still awaiting a reply on here from Flown. Customer service confirmed by email that will not refund or replace any item after 30 days regardless of warranty or applicable trading standard laws.
Mine dangerously went up in smoke just over three months from purchase. Flown, please reply as a warning to others. They do not accept returns after 30 days even if appliance stops working or is dangerous and refuse refunds despite fake guarantees.

I was a little frustrated with communication until I was able to get ahold of Carol. She was amazing and helped me resolve my order. Make sure to contact flownbeauty and not numoya.

Customer service useless does not hold charge more than 1 to 2 minutes. Keeps switching off after 2 minutes. Tried charging for hour and half still switched off after 2 minutes. Don’t

I placed the order and then found out I did not need what I ordered. A friend unknown to me already purchased one for me. They immediately assured me and cancelled the order. Very happy with this company and will be shopping there in the future!

I tried to return this product because it does not work at all for my type of hair. I find out after about 6 emails telling me to video how I am using the product (I refused to do so) that returning it it goes to China. That was not stated on website. I have to pay fees to China? That is expensive and time consuming. The card enclosed with product says "Satisfaction guaranteed". I am not satisfied. I finally was offered to keep the product and get 30% refund ($17.70). Now I have a product I paid $42 for and cannot use. My recommendation is to not buy from this company.

This cordless brush does not work! The Go Pro brush does not get hot enough to have any effect on your hair. I was very disappointed

I was dealing with Brooke Jordan who was absolutely amazing and so understanding and helpful. This company really does have excellent customer care and will happily use them again.

i made a mistake on my order by accidently ordering 2 fast charging power cords. I sent a message on the website an Darwin was quick to respond and cancel the second power cord.

Have had this a few months but only used it a handful of times and it now will not charge or heat up. Should have followed my instinct that if it’s cheap it is exactly that. Useless.

Though the brush wasn’t for me, I was refunded to my satisfaction and working with customer service was a smooth interaction.

dishonest return policy. dont buy from this company, or under their new name of FLOWN. after 2 months of email arguments, I was offered 30% refund (instead of the 100% refund/satisfaction policy stated), OR I could pay international return shipping to China. the customer is not made aware of this at time of purchase.

Re: order 501434. Portable GoBrush Pro

Stopped working the third time i tried to use it. Started and heated up, then fied as soon as I picked it up to my hair. Will not restart at all. Tried, no go. Waited, tried no go. Charged, tried, no go. Waited again, tried, no go. Was hoping to use this on a vacation, but it is worthless. Cannot recommend.

If I could give Flown/Numoya a negative star I would. Their customer service is terrible, the phone number has been disconnected or changed. The emails that they do respond I can’t reply to because their “mailbox is full”. No way to get in touch with them.
I bought a GoBrush Pro, waited forever for it to arrive only to find out it wouldn’t take a charge. Was told they would send me a new one and have not received it. Now it is past the return time, I’m at a loss as to what to do next!
