If you’re considering Freebie Flow, let me stop you right there. This company has been an utter disappointment, riddled with empty promises and shady practices. From day one, the service has failed to deliver on anything it claims. Not once have I received the 10+ free items they “guarantee.” Every time an item was supposed to ship, it would mysteriously get canceled—convenient, right?

To make matters worse, they’ve recently changed their policy so they no longer guarantee those 10+ items per month. So unless you’re reading every word of the fine print (and even then, good luck), you’re in for a rude awakening.

Thinking I might be doing something wrong, I followed their advice and added a teen account to increase my chances of receiving items. Guess what? The teen account kept disconnecting from Freebie Flow. I tried creating another account since I had paid for two slots, and the same thing happened. Frustrated beyond belief, I requested a refund. Of course, they gave me the runaround until my subscription “coincidentally” ended—conveniently making me ineligible for a refund.

Adding insult to injury, their so-called “solution” to getting more items is telling you to change your preferences to 80% and spend up to $8. Excuse me? I didn’t sign up to spend more money—I signed up to receive the 10+ free gifts per month they promised. And guess what? I still never received a single one.

Freebie Flow is a classic case of false advertising and zero accountability. They’re quick to take your money but offer nothing in return except frustration. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid this company at all costs. I wouldn’t recommend Freebie Flow to my worst enemy. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a trustworthy service.

Thank you, Kella, for helping me get signed up. I'll be honest, I was about to give up trying to get the 2step verification set up. I contacted support through the chat, and Kella was able to walk me through each step on Zoom. BTW, if you are looking for where to enter the discount code when you sign up, look on the click down of summery of one of those before you click sign up. I've watched 2 of my friends get incredible hauls, looking forward to my own now. Skip the frustration, go straight to Customer Service to help you get a email address added!

As I am not of the generation of savvy computer operators, FreebieFlow assistants have been both helpful and patient with me. I thank them for that. I am pleased with the merchandise I receive. What I cannot use I donate. It is exciting to receive packages almost everyday.

they only get good reviews because they bribe for a free week i was offered before i grbbed it but now im not getting any items do not belive th reviews here theyre fake and was bribed for free week discount. my friend received it to before and can prove the reviews are fake

Just signed up for the subscription and had a bit of trouble syncing my Amazon account but I connected with an awesome customer service rep and he helped me out. It may be tricky to set up at first but it's really not hard at all, just have to make sure all of your settings are right in the teen account, which, I was doing it under my main account which is why it wasn't setting up correctly. Now, let's see all those freebies and awesome deals roll in!

Signed up for a subscription. They guarantee 10+ items per month and I received 5. I got an email to try another month for 50% off and clicked the link to see the offer but it's just automatically signed me back up which was super frustrating. It's been 2 weeks and I've gotten 1 item. Extremely disappointed in this service. They do have good customer service but their bots are garbage.

Great customer service! When you need help with someone you can contact them and you also if needed speak to a HUMAN.
I also like freebie flow because I have gotten so many free and VERY deeply discounted products.
You can chose if you want an item or not that they want to send you.
Great site. Worth the money.

Customer care is where it’s at with Freebieflow!!! If I was basing it entirely on that, I would give it 5+ stars. They’re very patient and VERY helpful. I only give 4 stars simply because, for me… it hasn’t been user friendly, likely because of me, but still. If I could give a 4.75 review I would.

These guys are the reason that Amazon's freebies have ended. Had they not been greedy/selfish and wanted to start a subscription service by using scraping to find freebies in mass amounts, Amazon's discount codes and coupons would still stack. They're the scum of the affiliate world.

Save your money!!

The service was great at first, I can’t deny that! But after roughly 7 months, I cancelled my subscription. They’ve made sooo many changes to where the bot isn’t grabbing much at all! I cancelled recently cause I was spending more on the subscription than the items I was accepting cause it was all junk or way overpriced items!
They did have a 10 freebie guarantee but they went away with that due to the Amazon changes (not being able to stack coupons + promo codes).

The chat for freebie flow on telegram is a bunch of drama and harassment and the owners and admins don’t seem to care.. they only care about getting their money..

The owners are NOT transparent when issues arise.. they just leave their customers in the dark thinking “this is normal” or “everything is working fine”.

Also, the owners will respond to whoever they pick and choose. Not everyone gets a response when questions come about.. if you want your account looked at, good luck unless you’re one of the “favorites”.

I had to cancel after two months. Only got 4 packages (nothing great) the first month and nothing the second. I think they’re having issues with Amazon codes for 100% free items. I asked for a refund on second month but no response.

Gigi was so patient while helping me. The screen sharing kept closing itself but she figured out another way so we were able to fix what was needed.
