I purchased a phone online, my order was confirmed by email. Two days later I was informed there had been a mistake with the pricing and the phone I had purchased should have been listed for £30 more. Fulfilment Goods UKs own terms on their website states that a once an order is confirmed a contract is formed - this means according to the consumer rights act the original sale price should be honoured - they however, refused to and asked me instead to pay the difference. This is clearly legally dubious given the difference in price was not so large as to be an obvious mistake when I made the purchase. I chose to receive a refund rather than offer my commerce to a company that behaves in this way.

Ordered the item and while it did take a while to arrive, couriered by EVRI, it was exactly what I ordered.

Purchased Apple Watch for my son was having issues setting up, so took to Apple Store for help to be told this isn’t a genuine Apple product! Beware purchasing from here!!’

Beware,, I bought a Huawai P30 lite, after five months it developed serious faults.
I contacted Huawai as advised and they told me phone wasn't a genuine P30 but a Chinese spec Nova 4e.
Therefore no warranty and irreparable. Fulfillment said my fault as I should have done my research!!

The mobile phone and contents were all in place, nothing was missing, i was very pleased with my purchase, although i had to send mobile back as it was having wifi complecations...! I was kept up to date with what was going on ref the refund policy, and after i downloaded the returns labal via the post office and sent it back with tracking details...!
