Easy communication. It took 24hrs for response. Due to having photos uploaded prior to inner screen malfunction, authorized refund.
Make sure send in estimates and receipts on a timely fashion. Refund turnaround was 12hrs.

Nice service with pocket friendly plan price

i love akko! i honestly save money with their program. i choose akko over insurance on any of my products.

I found that using the AKKO Cell phone insurance app to correspond with AKKO was not very responsive but using the desk top browser had very good response chat times; sometimes almost immediately!

Once the necessary claims documentation was submitted, it was very quickly sent to my designated payment source!

This was our first claim with AKKO in the 3 yrs we have had them as cell phone insurance and will continue to use them!!!!!

The service is super affordable, the customer services very on top of it, and they are honest! I’ve loved having this in my go to for ensuring my favorite products.

It is a pretty easy claim process. Just be sure when you do the video to capture the Akko app open so they can see their device number. It was a very smooth and fast reimbursement.

First, there isn't anyone you can speak to, and the other modes of communication are woefully lacking in responsiveness. I have waited days to get a text response, and the response repeats a previous response or asks for additional documentation previously sent.
