This is our second car from here, great customer service, we weren’t sure what car we wanted but Mark and the team helped us choose the right car for our needs and our budget, delivered on our drive within a couple of weeks. Totally recommend. 5 stars well deserved.

I purchased a car last year which was ok. The after sales customer experience is terrible. Emails ignored by Andrew and Mark, with no response till date.

Apple Green have been very efficient, not only on the most recent occasion of upgrading my car but on a previous occasion. They found the car with the spec that I wanted very quickly which is a plus. Have used Green Apple Leasing twice now and both times have had an amazing experience! They are really helpful and totally professional. The car they found me exceeded my expectations and made the process of swapping cars so easy they couldn’t do enough to help. They even swapped my private plate and had my windows tinted for me! Just taken delivery of my BMW 4-series Convertible. Mark has been superb throughout the whole process. good communication, answered all of my questions quickly and professionally. Good deal on finance and found me the car to match my specification very quickly. Delivered exactly when they said they would at no extra cost and also transfered my cherished number plate onto the vehicle before delivery. Would highly recommend them !

Can't fault their turn around finding me a car, it was very fast. But when you're new to lease hiring and don't fully understand everything you naturally ask questions. The reason I'm leaving two is their customer and after sales service was very bad. Literally, once you pass the fourteen day cool off, return period, any call messages or emails you send will be ignored. I dealt with a guy called Andrew, classic nice guy sales man, who gave the classic "need a decision asap before someone else buys it" routine, so I did kinda feel pressured, but the car in fairness was ace. Sadly I had loads of complications with it from the whole 3 years I had it and it's worth noting these guys don't offer warranty so you need to purchase it separately from a different company. So in a nutshell, if you want a car quick, these guys are great, but don't expect any help or answers to questions once they've got their money.

In a nutshell Andrew and his team were brilliant!

This was the second time I have used Green Apple Leasing.

As always Andrew worked extremely hard to ensure I received the car I requested in a short time frame and actually in the end I obtained a better deal than originally expected.

Andrew was there every step of the way which ensured the smooth part exchange of my old Audi A5 for my new Porsche Cayenne. Andrew dealt with my finance company settling the finance on my old vehicle and setting up a new deal for the Porsche. He also dealt with the DVLA which included the transfer of my private registration and road tax.

Even during this difficult time due to COVID19, Andrew ensured there was no impact to the deal and delivered my car personally on the agreed date.

Andrew delivers an excellent, friendly, professional service which ultimately provides a smooth customer journey from start to finish.

I will continue to use Green Apple in the future and would recommend their services to anyone.
